Evidence grows N. America's first colonizers were European

LONDON — Stone Age Europeans were the first trans-Atlantic sailors. Columbus and the Vikings were mere ocean-crossing latecomers, according to a leading American anthropologist. Dennis Stanford, of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, says Neolithic fishermen and hunters sailed the Atlantic in tiny boats made of animal skins 18,000 years ago and colonized the eastern United States.
Such a journey would represent one of the most astonishing migrations ever undertaken — the Earth was then in the grip of the Ice Age and much of its high northern and southern latitudes were desolate wastelands blasted by storms and blizzards.
On the other hand, much of the planet's water was locked in icecaps and glaciers, and sea levels would have been much lower than today's. The edges of the continents would have extended further into the oceans.
"The gap between Europe and America was greatly reduced," Stanford said. "It could have been quite feasible for fishermen and whale and seal hunters to sail around the southern rim of the packs of sea-ice that covered the North Atlantic and reach land around the Banks of Newfoundland."
Stanford's theory — outlined at a recent archaeology conference in Santa Fe, N.M. — is based on discoveries indicating ancient American people were culturally far more like the Neolithic tribes of France, Spain and Ireland than the Asian people whom scientists had previously thought to be the sole prehistoric settlers of North America.
Stanford also points out although modern Native Americans possess DNA similar to that of Asians, they also carry some variants found only in European people. This genetic input could only be explained by accepting Stone Age people could sail ocean-going boats, he said.
"We now know that human beings learned to sail 50,000 years before the present," he said. "Mankind settled in Australia then and it was not linked by any land bridge to Asia. It could only have been reached by boat. Clearly, we had mastered sailing tens of thousands of years before America was colonized, so we should not be surprised by the idea that people took boat trips across the Atlantic 18,000 years ago."
The theory that prehistoric Europeans colonized America was first put forward in the 1950s by archaeologist Frank Hibben, but was discredited by evidence supporting the notion the continent was populated 20,000 to 15,000 years ago by Asian migrants who walked across the land bridge then linking Siberia with Alaska, and who then trekked south through the continent.
Stanford does not disagree Asian folk colonized ancient America, but argues current genetic and archaeological evidence shows an influx of Europeans must also have taken place. The prime candidates for these migrants are the Solutrean people who lived in Spain 23,000 to 18,000 years ago and later colonized parts of France and Ireland.
They designed and made beautifully crafted fluted stone blades that bore a striking similarity to those made by the Clovis people who lived in America 11,000 years ago. Like the Clovis, the Solutreans made stone scrapers to prepare hides and kept stores of stone implements, buried in red ocher, round the countryside. These ancient Spaniards therefore must have been among the first New World settlers, Stanford says. Native Americans are Iberian, not Siberian, in origin.
The theory's main problem stems from the fact an Atlantic crossing in tiny Ice Age boats would have been an awesome undertaking. However, Stanford argues it would have been a less arduous undertaking than might be expected. "If a storm arrived, they would have camped on an ice island until the weather got better. Eventually they would have drifted west until they reach eastern America," he said.

Of all the legendary stories told of pre-Columbian visitors to the American continent, the Madoc tradition takes precedence. The Atlantis tradition, twelve thousand years old; the Phoenician tradition, dating from three quarters of a century before the Christian era; the Chinese tradition of the Buddhist priest in the fifth century; the Norse tradition of the tenth century; the Irish tradition of the twelfth century; and the Madoc tradition of Welshmen in America near the close of the twelfth century, all lay claim to being accounts of the first visit of white men to the North American continent.

The difference that significantly separates the traditions is their claims were that America was visited. The Madoc tradition says that a colony of Welshmen emigrated to America in 1170, found their way finally to the Falls of the Ohio, and remained for many years, being routed from this area and almost exterminated in a great battle with "Red Indians."

We believe you'll find in this book additional and convincing proof that Prince Madoc founded the first recorded settlement in America and established in what is now Clark County, Indiana, the longest surviving colony (1170-1837) before widespread immigration centuries later brought other "white" men to this country.

Jewish Magic is when a group of foreign International Bankers bribe members of congress and the President (Woodrow Wilson, in this case) to enact a law giving a private group of Jewish bankers the exclusive right to "create" your money and lend it to your government for repayment plus interest.

Oh...and the interest rate for repayment is set by those same Jewish bankers. Is that awesome or what folks?

Can you imagine the kind of power that a situation like that would entail for that group of Jewish bankers? Just imagine the implications of that kind of power.

Apparently, Thomas Jefferson could imagine the implications of that kind of power - as he said:

How did Jefferson know that? Because that was the whole reason the Revolutionary War was fought. The Jewish Bank of England was in control of the British government and saw the colonies as a nice addition to their financial portfolio.

Once their economy and their currency were under their control, in 5 years Germany went from a destitute nation to the world's most powerful economy. Simply by reforming its money and banking systems.

Shadow Government

Collective Guilt Campaign
This Jewish Shadow Government implemented the "collective guilt campaign" in post WW2 Germany which sought to individually charge each and every white German with this really big whopper of an atrocity called the Holocaust.

Why Collective Guilt?
The Collective Guilt Campaign was designed as an attempt to get the remaining German people to disassociate from National Socialist Germany. The Campaign sought to equate Nationalism and self-preservation as somehow "evil".

During the final months of the war, the Germans were not ABLE to supply the camps (or German civilians) with food or medicine. Lots of people died - including German civilians.

These people are US CIVIL WAR prisoners held at ANDERSONVILLE. Were civil war soldiers being "HOLOCAUSTED"?

The same game-plan of "collective guilt" was then used against each and every individual white American in the United States during the Jew/Communist "civil rights campaign" for the Slavery of negroes.

I rode my bike 15 miles from South Gate, CA to Venice. I was in a hurry to get there before it got dark and the sun was just setting when I got there.

Police spokeswoman moved after remarks on fairgrounds fights

Des Moines Police Chief Judy Bradshaw reassigned her department's spokeswoman Thursday, two weeks after Sgt. Lori Lavorato said it was "very possible" fights near the Iowa State Fairgrounds had racial overtones.

The move came as a part of a series of police command assignment changes announced to officers by e-mail Thursday, the details of which have not been made public.

Bradshaw, who could not be reached for comment Thursday, raised concerns about statements Lavorato made after a series of fights outside the fairgrounds last month.

A supplemental report about the Aug. 20 incident filed by Sgt. Dave Murillo said, "On-duty officers at the fairgrounds advise there was a group of 30 to 40 individuals roaming the fairgrounds openly calling it 'beat whitey night.' "

While answering questions from the news media three days later, Lavorato said, "It's all under investigation, but it's very possible it has racial overtones."
Police commanders later said they found no credible evidence the fights were racially motivated.

"I had some real concerns with us making that leap and making a remark like that publicly," Bradshaw told The Des Moines Register in an Aug. 26 interview. "That's a huge statement that, quite frankly, can provoke emotions on both sides of the issue.

"People are very sensitive to remarks like that, so I had some real grave concerns about us stepping out and I wanted to make certain that we were right to message the State Fair events that way."
On Thursday, Des Moines police administrators did not return phone calls from the Register seeking comment and did not release a full list of administrative changes at the department. Bradshaw was out of the office and did not return a call to her cell phone. Messages left for Assistant Chiefs James O'Donnell and David Lillard also were not returned.

Lavorato, 36, a police public information officer since May 2009, will work in the department's traffic unit. Sgt. Jeff Edwards, 40, will transfer from the traffic unit to replace Lavorato effective Sept. 13.
Lavorato confirmed her new assignment, but declined to say whether the move was voluntary.

"For reasons I cannot disclose, I am being transferred," she said. "There is a series of transfers going on and I am one of the people being moved. I enjoyed being (the public information officer), working with the media and the public and it's a job I'm going to miss."

Lavorato said her pay was not affected by the move, but she will lose her take-home unmarked police vehicle and extra compensation she received for being on call seven days a week.
Edwards served as a fill-in for Lavorato during her tenure. He is a 19-year veteran and has been a sergeant since 1999.

A 1988 graduate of Southeast Polk High School, Edwards followed his father, Larry Edwards, into police work. His work credits include time in patrol, robbery/homicide, fraud, narcotics, motor vehicle thefts and the Neighborhood Based Service Delivery unit.

A graduate of Upper Iowa University, Edwards is studying for a master's degree in public administration at Drake University. He is married with two teenage children.

It seems that people are having a hard time understanding how the deception works when it comes to jews and their agents. Especially when people have been getting their information from these jews and jewish agents for such a long time, they come to a website like mine with a warped mentality, not unlike that of a child who is unable to discern fact from fiction. They have many wild fantasies and misconceptions based on distorted information, and it is really a sad state of affairs.

Many people have the experience of dreaming they are awake. In fact, many who think they are awake are snoring and drooling down their chin. It can be disheartening to the few that are awake and watching it all.
Many people will argue (and boy do they ever try to), that Alex Jones, Mike Rivero, and other shills are “waking people up” to the problems we face. They will stamp their feet and scream that these shills have opened so many eyes to “government corruption” or to the “911 deception” or to “zionists” and a whole host of other topics, so surely, they must be some good! The problem is, many of you don’t know how the deception works, and fail to realize that people are NOT “waking up” to anything, and instead, they are being put BACK TO SLEEP by these dream weavers.
As someone who had the opportunity to learn about close up and stage magic extensively, it’s actually quite easy to spot a ruse, a sleight, or misdirection. As is the case with a magician performing his feats, these charlatans are fooling the masses into looking the wrong direction at the right time, but only the trained eye is able to pick up on it. In magic, there are many things used to ensure the proper outcome of astounding the onlookers, and the reason these things work is this. Often times the methods used to perform some of the most amazing feats, are just so down right simple that your mind will never catch it.
That’s right. The methods used to deceive and manipulate are often so simple that your “logical” mind just simply can not pick conceive them. Sometimes the methods are not just simple, but balance on being so ridiculously absurd, that your “educated” mind is just not capable of decoding it. The methods of deception often rely on such blatant and obvious distortions that you would simply overlook them! That is IF and only IF, you should even come close to discovering them.

Most of the deceivers use tactics so simple a logical, educated mind has a hard time believing they are even being fooled!
I have made mention of these things and how they work on SN before, but there are still billions of people who need to hear my message, so I will continue to preach it as I deem necessary. I have mentioned how things like persistence of vision and misdirection work, but there are numerous principles behind even the workings of these two things, which the laymen usually knows nothing about. For instance, the biggest obstacles facing those who wish to “wake up”, as it is often called, is their very own perception. The way you view things, just as a natural course of your growth and indoctrination, act as barriers which keep you from ever being able to fully lift the veil of secrecy.
The magician, like many of the shills who purport to teach you the “truth”, already know that your perception, and your preconceived notions about reality, will work in their favor to help them produce the desired outcome. In the case of the magician, he is only looking to “fool” you to entertain you; whereas in the case of the shill, he is looking to purposely make a fool out of you. The magician wants you to enjoy his chicanery, to see him as fun and entertaining. The magician has a vested interest in making sure he doesn’t make you FEEL LIKE A FOOL because he tricked you, and in this, the shill and the magician share the same interest.
With websites like SN, you will often find that there is no room for debate. There are no forums for you to spew as you wish. There is nobody that cares about your “opinion” or your “feelings” or your “ideas” or your “thoughts” or your “beliefs” relating to the facts, because SN is simply interested in sharing the FACTS, which do not even exist in the same realm as these types of fallacies. Not every poster’s comment is accepted, but unlike WRH, you don’t have to pay to comment. All you have to do to get one published is tow the right line, stay focused solely on the jew, and support the message of the site.

Imagine that! Wolves in sheeps clothing leading the herds of sheep. We often count sheep to go to sleep, and at the same time, those sleeping are called sheep. What a coincidence!
SN is not run by someone who dresses like a salesman or a yuppie, and comes at you with a fake smile and hand shake, because SN isn’t trying to sell you on something. The facts don’t need a salesman, for they will remain facts, no matter how you, I, nor anyone else decide to face them. SN isn’t run by someone who gives a shit how you feel about the truths presented. They are simply presented, and you can take it or leave it. SN doesn’t care if you can’t handle a little cursing and genuine anger, and you’ll never see anything “politically correct” to get you to buy into SN and it’s content.
The “politically correct” behaviors, fancy dress, and fake smile are often signs of deceivers, which many of you fail to notice. The reason you fail to notice them is two fold. Your programming since a very early age, and your preconceived notions about what is “good” and “bad”. Many think “cursing is bad, can’t listen to that guy” and thus you will never escape from the illusion you live in. Or maybe you think “he won’t allow my opinion, what happened to democracy” and thus you are for SN to prop up the things that are destroying you. Opinions have no weight in light of the facts presented, and as such are not needed or warranted in any way, shape, or form.
Fortunately for animals in nature, there are signs which help warn them of the danger of other creatures. There are many insects which are brightly colored, and the color red is almost a sure sign of something poisonous if eaten. Some may carry giant spikes, or have huge claws and sharp teeth with a vicious scowl on their face. In nature, many brightly colored patterns on animals are meant to warn predators not to eat them, but also to warn all animals that they might be dangerous.
Also fortunate for humans, the jew comes with markers that should be like warning signs for us. Certain traits and features that let us know these creatures are the poisonous ones, and should not be allowed amongst us, lest we would like to find ourselves poisoned and dying. The jews have many features like this, which will indeed be covered in upcoming articles. Things like the hook nose, the crooked eye balls, the joker smile, the weak pointy chin, the sloped forehead etc. Again, your perception and preconceived notions of your own reality, largely controlled and taught to you by the jew, have caused you to overlook these things as well.

SN doesn’t just try to beat you down with thoughts and news about how you are being screwed on a daily basis. No sirree! SN attempts to help show you how the deception works, how to identify the enemy, how to stay focused on the right target, who to blame, who these enemy’s are, and what to do about it all. Rather than beat around the bush, play nice, play politically correct, why not just come out and say what the problem is, then start looking for and offering solutions? Haven’t you ever wondered why others never seem to do this? THAT is a marker of the deception in it’s self right there. Does it really matter how many ways they screw you until Sunday, or does fixing it matter more?
Anyway, let’s get back to the deception, and some important points about it. In magic, there is a principle that goes sort of like this. The larger movement conceals the motion of the smaller one. For example, bringing both hands rapidly together, can conceal smaller movements of the fingers on one hand. You can see something similar to this when it comes to the shills in the fake “anti-zionist” movement. The larger movement caused by shoving mounds of information and truth at you, conceals the smaller one which is the bullshit they slide in with the rest of it.
When it comes to this principle, the ruse is that these jewish shills pretend jews are not the problem. How could jews be the problem, if everyone telling us about the jew problem is jewish? Should we not then consider these jews as heroes, and make super hero toys based on them? Oh, it’s quite a slick ruse, but a ruse none the less. Not all jews are a problem if some of the jews are willing to stand up and speak out is what you are expected to believe. Thus, the larger movement of speaking out, covers the smaller movement of lacing it with bullshit to convince you it’s not really a jewish problem, but one of “zionists” or some other scape goat.
The larger movement of jews “leading” the truth “movement” (which purposely never moves), conceals the smaller movement, which is their intention to protect the tribe. The jews set themselves up to lead, and misdirect your attention on to meaningless off-shoots of the problem they have created like “zionism” or “jewdaism” or “neocons” or “communism” or anything they can come up with at the time. Anything that doesn’t put the heat on to the JEWISH RACE, or anything that gives you a problem to deal with which can not be solidly defined, fulfills the purpose of protecting the tribe, rather than helping you defeat it.

Zionism is the quest for a jewish homeland. Zionism can't explain the jewish infestation or why they refuse to leave our lands. Zionism can't explain the problem with jewish bankers, jewish ritual murder, jewish genocide and ethnic cleansing of humans, or any other ills that come along with the jew.
It’s funny (and sad) because adults are actually extremely easy to “trick” or to “fool” in the eyes of the magician. Adults have so many preconceived notions that make it hard for them to understand when a sleight has taken place, or how it could have possibly happened. Children on the other hand, have very few preconceived notions and ideas. A young child does not know that an adult can’t just wave his hands and make something disappear. A young child doesn’t fully conceive that a coin shouldn’t pass through the solid top of an oak table.
Due to the fact that a child often assumes all things as possible (until they are taught otherwise), they tend to catch on to more of what’s happening in the moment. The larger motion does not so easily conceal the smaller one for their wandering eyes. The child is not bothered with the waving of the hand, and is not always intently watching where he was directed to watch, so things don’t always go over so well for the magician with a child.
I can honestly say I’ve been there in that position. I’ve performed in front of children and in front of adults, and children are a formidable force to the practicing magician. Sure, many working professionals spend their time doing children’s shows, but I guarantee all of them would rather perform for adults. Not only do children not have the preconceived notions, they don’t have the programmed chivalry to stay quiet when they do catch on to something. Having a child blurt out the secret to a trick can quickly ruin the effect. Luckily, SN intends to continue blurting out how the deception works, and ruin the entire show like a crazed heckler!
The only reason for mentioning how a child sees things is this. Once the child has grown to an adult, lived their daily life in this seemingly solid material reality, passed off his formidable years in indoctrination centers being convinced of the solidity of this reality, and sucked up years upon years of programming from teachers, his peers, and the automated brain washing machine we call televisions, all of this changes.
Now the child has “beliefs” and “feelings” and “ideas” and “opinions” about the way this reality works. These beliefs, feelings, and opinions eventually become so real to him, and so familiar, that it is hard for him to even conceive the fact that these ideas were GIVEN TO HIM by someone else. He is an adult now, and surely he has spent plenty of time pondering the things he learned. He doesn’t feel stupid, or ignorant, he knows he paid attention and got the education he was supposed to. Certainly he did, but he never knew that education was designed with the very strict purpose of keeping them away from the truth, rather than helping them learn it.

The more you grow and learn, the further indoctrinated you become, and leaders like this chump make sure of it. It is during this period you pick up the preconceived notions and spoon fed opinions that inhibit your ability to see outside of the box.
The child was taught to trust his “elders” and his “teachers”, and he saw much of what he learned in writings he read himself. There it was, right there in his school books. In all those volumes in the great libraries, and then later reinforced by hollywood, and the media. A lot of these things were reaffirmed yet again even by the statues of “heroes” in the parks, and in their names commemorated on street signs, and their likeness fashioned into monuments all around him. Certainly truth can not be far off from what he knows, but it’s this “belief” that only serves to take him farther out to sea, like an un-piloted dingy drifting helplessly away from the safety of the shore.
So, for many, the larger motion of jews bringing them what they perceive as “truth”, covers the smaller questionable movement that one should ask like, “why is it always jews bringing us the truth”? Why is that? Why is it that, not only are jews found to be in every position directly causing us problems, but then they also appear in every position as activists, community leaders, heads of human rights organizations, anti-establishment writers, and big mainstream “truthers”?
For the adult with preconceived notions, this poses a serious problem. Certainly not all of these jews can be bad if so many are found in positions like this! Certainly there must be something good to them, because 98% of what they say is true, correct, and accurate! To top it off, most people won’t notice the part that isn’t accurate until some wise guy like SN goes and points it out! Some of these information outlets contain so much information, and went to so much trouble, they couldn’t possibly be the enemy, could they? Yeah right.
Here’s the question though. If I were going to feed you a delicious meal, so delicious it was beyond your wildest dreams, would you eat of that meal knowing I had concealed just a smidgen of dung in it? Would you? Certainly the meals has a purpose as both nutrition, and a wonderful sensation for your taste buds, right? Considering this, you can simply ignore the dung mixed in with it, can’t you?
What if you had been eating the meal already, and it was the best meal you had ever experienced in your life and THEN I came along and told you it was laced with dung? Even if I was factually correct, due to your perception of the meal and your chef, you might simply think it’s better to trust the chef than me, right? Hell, you might not even want to question the chef going on what I said, right? After all, the chef has been real good to you so far, as far you can tell!

Imagine only ONE slice of this pizza had dog fesces spread into it. Would you even dare take a chance that you might get the tainted slice? Of course not, you would consider the whole thing tainted and leave it be, like you should when it comes to shills and their messages.
I bet it’s starting to become clearer now isn’t it? It doesn’t matter how much perceived “good” or value these liars seem to represent, for they are still liars, and their words are still tainted. Even if you can’t taste the dung, knowing it’s there should be enough to keep you from eating it, right? I mean, even if everything else about the meal is so heavenly you can’t help yourself, wouldn’t you resist eating of it, knowing the dung is in there somewhere? What if it’s only in a small portion of the meal somewhere, would you risk eating certain parts of the meal not knowing where the dung is?
Here is where the deception lies. These jewish “truthers”, related directly to the other jews causing all the problems, always magically show up on the scene as the purveyors of truth related to everything to do with the jew. Yet, somehow, these jews want us to believe the problem is only those dirty old “zionists”, and not the nature of the jew it’s self. They are all too happy to join our side and lash out at those evil old “zionists”, yet they turn neurotic and psychotic when one of us points out that JEWS AS A WHOLE have been causing the SAME problems LONG BEFORE “zionism” ever showed up. (in 1898 for the record)
Magically, these jews are unable to account for over 175o+ years of jews being exiled and expelled, at the very least 109 times by 84 different countries. Where were all the jews warning us about their brethren then? Where were the jews to cry out against jewish ritual murder of people’s children, or jews drinking the blood then? In fact, where are those jews now? Right, they’re telling us to worry about those “zionists” while child services turns into a blood bank for vampire jews, and foster care magically makes children disappear faster than so-called dangerous, unfit parents!
The deception lies in the fact that anyone could be a “zionist”, and in fact, many non-jews are indeed unwitting “zionists”, but they are not the root of our problem. Behind zionism is the same old jews. The same old jewish bankers. The same old jewish molesters. The same old ritually murdering jews. The same old genocidal war mongering jews. The same old subversive communist jews in the media, hollywood, and government, and now, the same old jews pretending to be our friends whilst stabbing our backs at the same time.

Even jews against zionism are still jews. Many say they are true torah jews, but the torah is part of the talmud which supercedes it. That means they still consider you cattle, still support ritually murdering your children, raping your nations, etc.
In magic, the magician will often do a specific motion a couple of times, before introducing a sleight. This convinces your mind that the motion is as legitimate as it seemed the first few times. So it is, that by presenting legitimate truths in a specific format the first few times, your mind will never catch on, nor even want to believe that is was slighted in a latter cycle of the same progression.
The same is done with propaganda. You are presented with anti-zionist material that gets your head nodding “yes”, and then slowly you are slighted with the idea that “not all jews are bad” or “we should love jews” or “we shouldn’t be like jews and start killing them”. Yet, at the same time, these jews are actively poisoning you and your children. They poison your air, water, food, and everything else around you. They are actively plotting to kill most of planet earth, and quite boldly so. They are actively attacking and destroying the environment which sustains you. They are actively getting you engaged in wars, and sending your children off to die. In Palestine, they are actively engaged in openly murdering humans for sport, (not to mention all of the assassinations and other killings like the Gaza aid flotilla incident) and all of this leads to yet another point.
The jew knows how your humanity works. He knows how your conscience works, because he helped train it to react specific ways with his propaganda, just like the magician trains his audience to think a sleight is just a legitimate motion of the hands. The jew knows, just like the magician, that you have deeply ingrained preconceived notions about not only humanity, and yourself, but about how you should react and treat others.

A parasite often mimics it's host very closely. The migratory shining cuckoo lay eggs in the nest of grey warblers and the cuckoo chick that hatches will then push from the nest any unhatched eggs or young chicks of the grey warbler. Having disposed of the competition, the cuckoo hatchling then mimics the sound of grey warbler chicks in order to be fed by its surrogate parents.
The jew knows that you instinctively (and dangerously) believe most other “humans” to have a certain level of consciousness like your own. The jew knows that you project your own beliefs and feelings onto other people when meeting and dealing with them. The jew know that you perceive anything that closely resembles you to be human, and to have human dignity and a conscious, and it is this that has allowed the jew to thrive as a parasite, and destroy you from within.
Like many other parasites, the jew mimics it’s host. It looks similar (but not exactly the same) and it can behave the same. Look at hollywood actors for instance, who can portray human emotion well enough to bring you to tears, many of which are jewish, and really don’t share the same painful emotion. I could go on and on writing an entire novel on how the deception works, but I’ll leave you with this quote from wikipedia on parasites who mimic their hosts. Hopefully in the future, you will learn to pick up sleights, misdirections, and other ruses as I’ve explained above, but that’s up to how much of your preconceived notions and conditioning you are able to break free of.

Here is all one needs to know about Alex Jones. If this fat retard were a real patriot, he would be telling you the truth about things like 911, the wars, the economic collapse, Obama, the police state, and all the other things he rants about. The truth about these topics are that every last one of them was engineered by, what he calls, the “global elite”. However, there is nothing “elite” about the monsters behind all of our ills, because they are nothing more than a bunch of blood sucking leeches known as JEWS.

How many dopes out there still believe that Alex Jones is really on our side? How many people think he ignores the truth about jews, just because he’s playing it safe and politically correct? How many excuses have you heard people make for this overweight windbag? Rape contributes to HIV/AIDS spread among SADC women and girls

The revelation by SADC Gender Programme's head Ms. Magdeline Mathiba-Madibela at a press briefing in Windhoek this week ahead of the SADC Heads of States Summit, that HIV and AIDS disproportionately affects Southern African women and girls as a result of sexually-related-violence and unequal gender relations is not only worrying but a great challenge to the sub-region's governments and human development efforts.

Ms. Mathiba-Madibela's expressed concern came in the wake of Windhoek City community's painful burial at Khomasdal Cemetery on Saturday 7th August morning, of a 17 year old Dawid Bezuidenhout High School grade eleven female learner, Magdalena Stoffels, who on the early morning of Tuesday July 27th, was intercepted, gruesomely raped and murdered as she crossed Gammams Riverbed on her way to school.

To say that violence against women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa in general and southern African in particular has reached unacceptable proportions is in itself under statement of gross proportions.

According to Namibia's New Era Newspaper of 9th August, recent research in Namibia indicates that 50% of all women in the country experience gender-based-violence at sometime in their lives.

On the eve of 9th August commemoration of the Women's day in South Africa this year, national statistics indicated that 1 in 3 women are raped representing a rape every 26 seconds, of which only eighth are reported to the law enforcers, and only 7% of those reported result in convictions of the culprits.

The situation is attributed to a number of causes, ranging from cultural beliefs, attitudes and practices, as well as other social, economic, political, legislative and judicial challenges:

1. In Namibia, studies of gender-based-violence simultaneously reveal that 41% of males and 35% of females believe violence against women is a socially acceptable practice;

2. In South Africa a 2009 Medical Research council study showed that 62% of boys aged 11 years or older believed that sex is a male's natural entitlement and forcing a girl to have sex does not constitute a rape nor an act of violence;

3. Ms. Madeline Mathiba-Madibela further revelations that despite SADC countries being party to the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), and having adopted the 2008 SADC Protocol on Gender and Development, most SADC countries have since recorded regressed rates of women's parliamentary and cabinet representation; and

4. SADC Social and Human Development and Special Programmes' Director's additional revelations that 80% of the region's 76 million people live in extreme poverty, barely surviving on less than US$1 a day.

A closer examination of young Magdalena Stoffels' brutal rape and murder serves to connect the above issues and to position contemporary gender-based-violence trends into a clearer perspective. According to media reports:

1. In order for Magdalena to access quality education, she had to attend a school far away from her home;

2. Because her family could not afford the daily taxi fare of some N$17.50 (approximately 2.5US$), she had to wake up very early in the morning (0630hrs) and take a short cut across riverbeds to reach school in time for her classes;

3. Similarly, according to the man who, while crossing the same riverbed on his way to his working place, stopped to ease himself among the bushes of the river bed only to discover her body,
Magdalena's rapist and murderer had not even bothered to run away from the scene of his gruesome crime.

Apparently he was a few meters away in the riverbed washing blood off his body and clothes.

When the man raised alarm and the security guards and City Policy in the neighbourhood arrived, they had no difficult arresting him (Magdalena's assailant); nor did he himself have any difficult admitting his deed;

4. Magdalena's body delivery and her assailant's arrival at Katutura Hospital by law enforcers for medical examination formalities prompted such an outrage from both hospital workers and passers-by; and

5. The general public assumption was that Magdalena's assailant was a man in his normal senses, probably influenced by alcohol and drugs who just took a life of an innocent young school learner who must consequently be instantly punished for his evil deed.

Their reaction was to immediately demand the law enforcers to hand them the community offender for instant community justice.

Now, the question that to-date begs a viable answer remains: Magdalena was briskly walking to her school to learn for her future; the man who discovered her body was walking to his working place to earn his living.

(WHAS11) – Saturday marks 74 years since the last public execution in the United States.
It was held in Owensboro, Kentucky and on Saturday there will be an event in Louisville remembering what happened that day.
On August 14 1936, a man by the name of Rainey Bethea was hung to death.
He was sentenced to die for raping and murdering 70-year-old Lischa Edwards.
More than 20,000 people from all across the country gathered in downtown Owensboro to watch. The crowd gathered mainly because the Owensboro sheriff at the time was Florence Thompson, a woman.
It would be the first time a woman would ever hang a man in the United States.
In the end a male police officer from Louisville acted as executioner.
"If it did any good at all... it brought the attention that this should never happen again,” a witness, Bob Tucker, said.
After the execution Kentucky legislators outlawed public hangings. It was a move that was eventually copied by other states.
It would be the last public execution in the United States.
To commemorate the event Interfaith Paths to Peace will hold a dramatic reading of the story at 10 Saturday morning in Jefferson Square; which is across the street from the old jail where Bethea spent his last night alive.

What a day and Niggers stupid!!!

Had a great day. I took off riding my bike from Van Ness Street around 2pm Pacific time to Crenshaw Blvd metro rail stop here in Southern California. Got on the train and took it to the redondo rail stop and rode from there on Marina street to Manhatten beach. Took the bike path from Manhattan Beach north to Santa Monica.

Wound up back tracking a couple times when I got to the Marina Del Rey Marina. I finely got straightened out and soon found myself on Venice Beach where I stopped and watched the skate boarders grind up the skate park and a few bike riders grinding the rails. Then headed on up north some more to the Santa Monica peir where I got something to eat at Bubba Gump restaurant, the whole time wishing Theresa was with me.

Got done eating, crossed the bridge going over the Pacific Coast Highway into the city propper of Santa Monica and rode through the Pomanade district. Took a right on Wilkeshire and had a cup of coffee at the Coffee Bean while using their electric to charge my phone. I decided I should catch a bus and head to Hollywood and hop on the metro rail since it was getting late like 11pm. So now I had to go back down south two blocks and catch the bus at Santa Monica BLVD.

Put my bike on the front of the bus and headed to West Hollywood. We had a black bus driver and he drove pretty erratic. The whole time I was thing that this Sambo was going to rear end someone and smash my bike or he was going to hit one too many bumps and knock the bike out of the carrier then run it over.

Now I get to West Hollywood at Vine & Santa Monica BLVD and have to ride the bike north on Vine to Hollywood BLVD to where the subway metro rail station is. I get on the train and head east to Seventh street where I have to switch trains to head south toward long beach which I have to get at Imperial highway stop.

But at the transfer station for the blue line going south they had it shut down for some reason so we had to get on a shuttle bus to Whashington Street and then get back on the the south bound train.

While we were getting on the shuttle bus this White kid had a bike too. The bus was a little crowded. As me and this White kid were trying to possion our bikes where others could walk freely by us and sit in the seats next to us, this little punk ass Nigger started running it's mouth and his Nog buddy as well. It started bitching about not enough room for people to get by. I said there is plenty of room.

Then the nig decided to runs it's mouth one the young White kid. It said " watch my pants (and something else I can't remember)". I told the Nig "fuck your pants (and what elese it said that I for got)". That Nog started yapping and hamming it up with his nig friend. It thought it was gonna give me the evil stare that Nigs do to try and intimmidate people. But Nog didn't expect me to stare back at it with malice. When that Nig got a good look into my eyes, he knew I wasn't fucking around then it moved it's eyes to the floor and he and his friend didn't say another fuck word dirrected at us. In fact the Nig's buddy started to talk to the White kid with respect.

Then we got off the shuttle and walked over to the Washington street rail station to head south to where I got off at the Imperial transfer stop to get on the green line to take me back to Crenshaw where I first got on the rail at earlier Friday. But, when I got there it was no longer running. So I took off riding again on 120th street I rode that for about two mile and headed south to El Segundo.

When I got to my intersection where I had to go north on Van Ness at about 2am I heard a door open behind me. I knew that was not a good sign. I looked back behind me while still moving and it was a Nigger getting out of the passenger side of a car, I knew That Nigger was up to no good. So I went south on Van Ness as I was turning the corner the savage beast threw an egg at me.

By the time the Nogs got to the corner I turned down I was already ducked behind the building coming back up behind them. It took those stupid bipeds a second to figure out what I might be doing since they never saw me once the got to the corned. Once they figured out I was comming back up behind them they took off like Nigger bats from hell, lol.

I finely made it back to where I started the trip out at around 2:30 am.

This network should be just like how jewbook is set up for the general public even the Kikes, Niggers and Shitskin lovers. Smith) Moshe Yatom, a prominent Israeli psychiatrist who successfully cured the most extreme forms of mental illness throughout a distinguished career, was found dead at his home in Tel Aviv yesterday from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. A suicide note at his side explained that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has been his patient for the last nine years, had “sucked the life right out of me.”

“I can’t take it anymore,” wrote Yatom. “Robbery is redemption, apartheid is freedom, peace activists are terrorists, murder is self-defense, piracy is legality, Palestinians are Jordanians, annexation is liberation, there’s no end to his contradictions. Freud promised rationality would reign in the instinctual passions, but he never met Bibi Netanyahu. This guy would say Gandhi invented brass knuckes.”

Psychiatrists are familiar with the human tendency to massage the truth to avoid confronting emotionally troubling material, but Yatom was apparently stunned at what he called the “waterfall of lies” gushing from his most illustrious patient. His personal diary details the steady disintegration of his once invincible personality under the barrage of self-serving rationalizations put forth by Netanyahu.

“I’m completely shocked,” said neighbor Yossi Bechor, whose family regularly vacationed with Yatom’s family. “Moshe was the epitome of the fully-integrated personality and had cured dozens of schizophrenics before beginning work on Bibi. There was no outward indication that his case was any different from the others.”

But it was. Yatom grew increasingly depressed at his complete lack of progress in getting the Prime Minister to acknowledge reality, and he eventually suffered a series of strokes when attempting to grasp Netanyahu’s thinking, which he characterized in one diary entry as “a black hole of self-contradiction.”

The first of Yatom’s strokes occurred when Netanyahu offered his opinion that the 911 attacks on Washington and New York “were good.” The second followed a session in which Netanyahu insisted that Iran and Nazi Germany were identical. And the third occurred after the Prime Minister declared Iran’s nuclear energy program was a “flying gas chamber,” and that all Jews everywhere “lived permanently in Auschwitz.” Yatom’s efforts to calm Netanyahu’s hysteria were extremely taxing emotionally and routinely ended in failure. “The alibi is always the same with him,” complained another diary entry. “The Jews are on the verge of annihilation at the hands of the racist goyim and the only way to save the day is to carry out one final massacre.”

Yatom was apparently working on converting his diary into a book about the Netanyahu case. Several chapters of an unfinished manuscript, entitled “Psychotic On Steroids,” were found in his study. The excerpt below offers a rare glimpse at the inner workings of a Prime Minister’s mind, at the same time as it reveals the daunting challenge Yatom faced in seeking to guide it to rationality:

Easter night mayhem in Times Square evokes scarier times

Bird's the word outside Midtown South Precinct stationhouse following arrests after shooting of four people in Herald and Times squares on Easter Sunday night.

The back of the police wagon opened outside Manhattan Criminal Court and the first of the accused moon cricket marauders stepped out in pants that hung so low his red boxers were almost fully exposed.

He also wore a red top, which may have marked him as a member of the Bloods gang, although the more significant detail was the Polo logo over the right breast.

A prisoner behind him wore a white shirt with an outsize version of this same logo, a perennial favorite among the street set. Others on the daisy chain had opted to wear plaid, the latest in city fashion.

However many Bloods and Crips members may have been among the rowdy crew that swarmed through Times Square Sunday night, it was less a gang event than the continuation of a tradition that began as a kind of fashion stroll back in the bad old days.

In the 1980s, when the city seemed virtually uncontrollable, Coney Island was the place to be on Easter. The idea was to wear all your gold. The challenge was to still have it when you went home.

I can remember being there with a young cop named Jack Maple a quarter century ago when gunfire suddenly erupted and a crowd of several thousand scattered in all directions.

Nobody was hit and the crowd reassembled, laughing and dancing to the music from the Polar Express amusement ride, giddy with the power of numbers.

That was in a time when crews dubbed "wolfpacks" rode in from the outer boroughs to hunt for "vics," grabbing whatever cash and jewelry they could.

"Manhattan make it and Brooklyn take it!" was a popular cry.

That ended after the police began countering the power of numbers with numbers of their own, along with rapid deployment and relentless followup. Cops began hunting down every member of a crew rather than being satisfied with whomever they chanced to grab.

When the NYPD applied this same approach to crimes of every kind, New York became the safest big city in America.

Still, the Easter tradition persisted even as gold largely passed out of fashion. And as Coney Island declined, the annual gathering shifted to the Times Square area. The power of numbers still got some people giddy, and there were disturbances in three of the last four years.

This year marked an escalation as four people were shot. A great cancer nurse I know named Ann Culkin was leaving the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 12:03 a.m. with two bags when she found herself caught in a crowd. She saw big numbers of cops, some on horseback. She then heard a shout.

"Someone's shot!"

Culkin was struggling to head uptown when a cop offered advice such as is seldom heard in this safest of big cities.

"Get yourself a cab and get out of here."

Culkin felt as if she were escaping from some time warp that had taken her back to the bad old days, and that feeling is what really made this Easter gathering different.

The 33 accused marauders were awaiting arraignment Monday when a man named Terhan Bey was brought before the judge for beating the subway fare. The prosecutor noted Bey is one of the "Dirty Dozen" quality-of-life violators the mayor spoke of during his 2009 State of the City speech, but nobody seemed much impressed.

The big buzz down at court was about the many dozens the mayor said had gone "wilding," the ones who made you worry that the bad old days could return for more than a few hours on Easter night.

Prosecutors ordered no plea deals for dozens of yoofs picked up during Easter night "wilding" in midtown - and the district attorney even showed up for the arraignments.

The unusual, hard-line stance underscored how seriously officials are treating the rampage, which put the NYPD on the defensive and resurrected images of the city's dangerous past.

Cops nabbed a young Bronx boon Tuesday who is accused of being the shooter who wounded two bystanders in the Herald Square portion of the midtown mayhem.

"New York cannot take one step backward in our fight to keep our streets safe," District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. said in Manhattan Criminal Court, where 33 people arrested early Monday were being arraigned.

"My office is extremely concerned about the threat to public safety . . . and we will treat these cases with the attention and seriousness they deserve."

Police said marauding bands of teenapers roamed Times Square and Herald Square late Sunday, leading to the random shootings of four people - three of them female bystanders.

Many of the yoofs released Tuesday after spending two nights in jail on disorderly-conduct raps complained they had nuffin' to do wif da brawling and were unfairly rounded up.

Gary Best, 20, a student from Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, said he was seeing a movie in Times Square with friends when police snatched him.

"I wasn't doing anything. They just came and grabbed me," said Best, who was pictured in Tuesday's Daily News flipping the bird - a reaction, he said, to being treated "like a criminal."

"It was crazy how they handled it," he said of police. "They took hold of anybody they could grab."

Jonathan Thompson, 16, of Brownsville, Brooklyn, said he, too, went to Times Square to see a flick, not cause trouble.

"We go down there because dat's where da pussy is. Everybody knows that's the place to go on Easter," he said.

Thompson said he ran when a nearby group started brawling. "A cop just tackled me," he said. "They just opened up with Mace and grabbed everybody."

Detectives hunted down Rayvon Guice, 20, of the Bronx, Tuesday and booked him for assault and possession of a weapon in connection with the gunplay in Herald Square.

Cops believe that shooting was unrelated to the Times Square gunfire, which Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said sprang from a dispute between a Manhattan group and another from the Bronx.

Detectives have a solid lead on at least one other suspected gunman, Kelly said.

Yolanda Otero said she and her 17-year-old son dined at Applebee's and then became separated in the crowds. Next thing she knew, he was being arrested.

"It was crazy," she said. "They grabbed him up and slammed him on the floor. They thought he was part of that group."

As defendants were brought before a judge one by one Tuesday, a prosecutor repeatedly dismissed the idea of cutting plea deals, common in disorderly-conduct cases.

Though the shooting victims were not seriously hurt, the Easter "wilding" - as Mayor Bloomberg called it - sent shudders through the city, reviving bad memories of New York under siege.

As of Easter, overall crime was down 2.3% over the same period last year. However, murders were up 21.6%, to 118, and shootings are up 14%, to 293.

Rayvon Guice, who shot two women during Easter rampage, keeps getting free pass

Twenty-year-old Rayvon Guice was back in court Wednesday, charged with shooting two young women during the Easter night rampage that ranged from Times Square to Herald Square.

Guice was last in court on a gun charge two years ago in the Bronx. He had approached a crowd of young people outside 2430 E. Tremont Ave. just before midnight on Aug.25, 2008.

Guice accused them of having followed a buddy who had passed through the neighborhood earlier with a girlfriend. Court papers describe what happened next.

"Defendant stated in sum and substance YOU WANT TO FOLLOW SOMEBODY, YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE F---ING WITH and then shot three times into said crowd of people with a .45-caliber handgun."

For the last several years, Sean Hannity and the Freedom Alliance “charity” have conducted “Freedom Concerts” across America. They’ve told you that they are raising money to pay for the college tuition of the children of fallen soldiers and to pay severely wounded war vets. And on Friday Night, Hannity will be honored with an award for this “Outstanding Community Service by a Radio Talk Show Host” at Talkers Magazine’s convention.

But it’s all a huge scam.

In fact, less than 20%–and in two recent years, less than 7% and 4%, respectively–of the money raised by Freedom Alliance went to these causes, while millions of dollars went to expenses, including consultants and apparently to ferret the Hannity posse of family and friends in high style. And, despite Hannity’s statements to the contrary on his nationally syndicated radio show, few of the children of fallen soldiers got more than $1,000-$2,000, with apparently none getting more than $6,000, while Freedom Alliance spent tens of thousands of dollars for a private planes. Moreover, despite written assurances to donors that all money raised would go directly to scholarships for kids of the fallen heroes and not to expenses, has begun charging expenses of nearly $500,000 to give out just over $800,000 in scholarships.

In February 2009, a well-known conservative writer sent me this, about a friend at FOX News:

The guy went on to tell me about Hannity’s “Freedom Concerts,” which are staged across the country with the proceeds going to children of slain soldiers. Of course, as the guy tells it, there’d be a lot more money every concert to go to the cause if Hannity didn’t demand–and get–use of a Gulfstream 5 plane to fly him and his family/entourage to the concerts; a “fleet” (that’s the word the guy used) of either Cadillac or Lincoln SUVs for him and his family/entourage; and several suites at really expensive hotels for him and his family/entourage. The promoter apparently values Hannity’s star demands at well over $200,000 per event. The source says he heard that Oliver North pulled Hannity aside at one of the concerts and told him that this had to stop. But that may mean that, from now on, Hannity has to fly on a G4 instead of a G5, gets only a few luxury SUVs, and two or three suites.

North is the founder and honorary chairman of Freedom Alliance.

I began investigating these claims, and lo and behold, I discovered that Freedom Alliance gives very little money to the children of slain troops to pay for college and even less to wounded troops. The stories of injuries to troops and how much Freedom Alliance gives them–$200 for a soldier from a poor neighborhood who lost three limbs–is heartbreaking. Soldiers with traumatic brain injuries, severe wounds to the face from disfiguring burns and explosions, and multiple amputations got $1,000 or less, with only a handful of exceptions.

The tax forms available to the public for the Freedom Alliance–for the years 2006-2008–paint a tragic story, a story of a charity that makes gazillions and spends very little for the purposes it claims, a charity that spends millions more on its small staff and crony consultants than it ever gives in scholarships to the children of the fallen or severely injured troops or in aid to the injured troops themselves. While Hannity’s Freedom Concerts take in millions, only a few hundred thousand go to the claimed intended recipients.

Over a year ago, when I began looking into this story, I contacted both Sean Hannity and the Freedom Alliance seeking comment and an accounting for where the money went. Both declined to answer any of my questions. Hannity refused to respond to an inquiry I sent to his personal private e-mail address asking him about the lavish expenses described in the e-mail above.

Freedom Alliance press secretary Alan Moore scheduled an interview for me with Freedom Alliance president Thomas Kilgannon, who in the past used Freedom Alliance resources to promote a book he wrote on the United Nations. But when Moore asked me what the interview would be about and I answered truthfully, the interview was not granted, and my calls to him were never returned thereafter. I told him I’d be asking Mr. Kilgannon about the expenses paid for Hannity and about the paltry percentage of Freedom Alliance funds actually going to the kids of fallen troops, to severely injured troops, and to anything other than expenses, consultants, and printing. I wanted to know why Freedom Alliance had spent $60,000 for “aviation services” in 2006.

Keep in mind that a charity is considered reputable if no more than 25% of its revenue goes to expenses and no less than 75% of it goes to the intended charity recipients. Given that, Freedom Alliance’s balance sheets are embarrassing in their shamelessness.

According to its 2006 tax returns, Freedom Alliance reported revenue of $10, 822, 785, but only $397,900–or a beyond-measly 3.68%–of that was given to the children of fallen troops as scholarships or as aid to severely injured soldiers.

On the other hand, 62% of the money went to “expenses,” including $979,485 for “consultants” and an “advisor.” Yes, consultant/advisors got more than double what injured troops and the kids of fallen troops got. The tax forms show that “New World Aviation” got paid $60,601 for “air travel.” Was that for Hannity’s G5? Like I said, neither the charity nor Hannity is talking. And finally, that year, Freedom Alliance spent $1,730,816 on postage and shipping and $1,414,215 on printing, for a total of $3,145,031, nearly half the revenue the charity spent that year and about eight times what the injured troops and the children of fallen ones received.

That’s especially heartbreaking when you compare the hundreds of thousands consultants got and the millions spent on printing and postage to the outrageously small amounts given to wounded soldiers. In 2006, Freedom Alliance gave only $1,000 to a soldier from Bay City, Michigan, whom the charity says was in the following condition:

Face was blown up and lost sign in one eye.

And that $1,000 was relatively generous, when you consider this soldier from Romulus, Michigan, whom Freedom Alliance only gave $200:

SM [serviceman] was involved in roadside bomb incident in Iraq, which caused loss of both legs and left arm.

Romulus is mostly Black Detroit suburb, which is one of the poorest cities in Michigan and in America. Freedom Alliance gave this brave soldier rougly $67 per limb. That’s sickening.

So is the fact that this soldier, from Alexandria, Virginia, also only got $200 from Freedom Alliance:

SM was wounded in Iraq by an IED explosion. Lost right arm and severe shrapnel wounds to upper body and face.

Also appalling is the fact that in each year’s tax returns soldiers described as having brain trauma injuries, multiple amputated limbs, and severe burns over most of their bodies get a few hundred bucks each from Freedom Alliance and in almost every case, no more than $1,000.

That year, while fat-cat consultants and expenses took millions of Freedom Alliance’s money, seriously wounded troops to whom Freedom Alliance donated received a pathetic average of $785 each and the college student kids of the fallen got a paltry average of $2,943 toward tuition. Yes, out of millions raised that year by Sean Hannity at his Freedom Concerts, only $309,000 was given out in scholarships to 105 students, and only $110,703.82 was given to the wounded soldiers.

Freedom Alliance’s 2007 tax returns aren’t much better. Out of $12,459,317 it raised that year, only $895,347–or just 7%–went to seriously wounded troops and scholarships for fallen troops. 53% went to expenses, including $1,464,627 in postage and $1,151,428 in printing. $604,995 went to “professional fees” and “consultants.” Out of millions paid for Freedom Concert tickets and raised in fundraisers by Hannity listeners, only $596,500 went to college scholarships for soldiers who died in battle, and only $299,897 went to horribly injured troops. 208 student children of the fallen got an average of $2,868 apiece for tuition, though many got only $1,000 or less. 382 soldiers with serious injuries got an average of $785 each.

And, again, that year, the amounts given to soldiers with such grave injuries is despicably tiny. This soldier, from Killeen, Texas, got only $500 from Freedom Alliance:

SM was wounded in Iraq on June 18, 2007 in Digula Province, Baquba, Iraq. An IED exploded on the truck, he took shrapnel to the face, which cut off a piece of his nose. Also had shrapnel in throat and cheeks, which cut open his face and the inside of his throat.

This soldier, from Brady, Texas, also received just $500 from Freedom Alliance:

While serving in Baghdad Iraq, SM was hit with an IED blast. Sustained disfigurement, blindness, and superficial burns on face, hearing loss to right ear, TBI, peppered shrapnel to the face and right upper extremity.

And then, there are the 2008 Freedom Alliance tax forms, which were signed in November 2009 and filed only recently. That year, Freedom Alliance took in $8,781,431 in revenue and gave $1,060,275.57 total–or just 12%–to seriously wounded soldiers and for scholarships to kids of the fallen. Remember, this is well below the 75% required to be considered a legitimate charity. And after claiming in written letters to donors that 100% of the money donated, via the Freedom Concerts or otherwise, to the scholarships would go directly to the scholarships and not to expenses, the Freedom Alliance decided to do the contrary and charge expenses anyway–charging a whopping $436,386 to give out $802, 250 in scholarships. That means that 35% of the $1,238,636–all of which was supposed to go to scholarships for these kids of the fallen–went to Freedom Alliance.

Freedom Alliance spent $5,375,654–or 61% of its total revenue earned in 2008–on expenses, but actually 80% of the total revenue spent and given out for that year. That includes $1,055,791 spent on postage and $925,392 on printing. It spent $157,041 on travel. Is this the item that includes the money for the alleged Sean Hannity Gulfstream flights? Like I said, neither the charity nor Hannity will answer questions.

Meanwhile, 167 students got an average of just $4,803.89 each in tuition. With the amount this charity raises, these kids should all be getting a free ride paid for by Freedom Alliance.

And 299 very seriously injured soldiers got an average of just $805.21 each for very grave injuries. And the heartbreak of their stories and the disgustingly low amount donated to them continues. This soldier, from Laurel, MD, got just $1,000:

Wow, while Sean Hannity and his friends at Freedom Alliance are paying their crony consultants hundreds of thousands of dollars, they’re giving this soldier $200 per limb lost or rendered useless.

This soldier, from Fort Sam Houston, Texas (where my own father was first sent when he was drafted during Vietnam), fared even worse in Freedom Alliance’s “generosity,” receiving only $165:

Since Sean Hannity is always bragging about his phony “investigations” (stuff he just rips off from others) and “investigative” skills, you’d think he could figure out how to read a tax return and bother to look at Freedom Alliance’s. But you would be wrong. He has neither the skills nor the desire. He knows better and is well aware that they waste money on him and his luxe accommodations and travel. But this isn’t about that or truly about helping the troops and the kids of our war dead. It’s about promoting himself, the same way Angelina Jolie and Madonna get the press to film them in Africa.

To make matters worse, Hannity deliberately lied to his radio audience about how much money was going to the kids of the fallen American soldiers. On May 28th of last year, Hannity told his listeners, “Our new sponsor, Boca Java, just pledged $30,000 to the Freedom Concerts. That will provide a full one-year college scholarship for a kid of a fallen soldier.” In fact, Freedom Alliance’s tax forms indicate it has never given any student more than $6,000 in a school year, and usually it’s been far less. Many students only get $1,000, which will barely cover anything at most colleges, today. A Boca Java spokeswoman told me that last year was the coffee purveyor’s last one sponsoring the Freedom Concerts, as it now donates directly to the troops, sending them free coffee and through sales of it’s Brew of Bravery.

A friend of mine was one of the artists who performed in Hannity’s Freedom Concerts and was shocked when I showed him the tax forms and the expenses. He no longer performs at the concerts because he was tired of the egomania. Now, he’s just angry. “We paid our own way and for all of our costs and expenses to perform because we thought we were helping the troops and their families and that all the money was going to them.”

In investigating Freedom Alliance and its tax forms, I learned that the organizations which evaluate charities are entirely worthless. Freedom Alliance is certified as “Best in America” by the “Independent Charities of America.” It is also rated a “Four Star Charity” by “Charity Navigator.” Both of these “ratings” are posted prominently on Freedom Alliance’s website, misleading donors into believing they are donating to a worthy cause, when in fact they are mostly donating to a black hole of expenses. Even Charity Navigator notes in its strange, illogical, and mostly inaccurate Four Star rating that Freedom Alliance has a fund-raising “efficiency” of only nine cents on the dollar.

The debate over immigration has frequently become so bitter that an important element has been lost: refugees are as varied in their skills sets and contributions as the rest of us.”

In 2007, HIAS issued an official critique of the Bush admimnistrations (unfulfilled) promises to strengthen immigraton controls, and Bush’s “failure” to grant residency rights to the millions of “undocumented immigrants” in the Jews’ USA.

Gideon Aronoff dictated: “By ignoring the existence of approximately 12 million undocumented immigrants living and working in the country and the economic realities that draw workers to this country, this new plan completely misses the mark. On an issue of life or death importance – which this truly is – accepting defeat is simply not an option.”

HIAS objected to the enslaved administrations so-called plan to amplify detention and deportation, increase worksite enforcement, expand the implementation of an employment eligibility verification system nationally; and escalate the use of state and local police to enforce immigration laws.

“Mmany of these policies could lead to disastrous consequences for the nation’s security, economy, and civil rights,” said the Jew Aronoff.

Former HIAS executive Neil Grungras founded the Organization for Refuge, Asylum, & Migration (ORAM) last and is helping quuers infiltrate America. In January 2010, ORAM began queerying more than 100 NGOs worldwide about their protocols for helping queers, including gender-benders — “the most persecuted group on the planet,” according to Grungras. The new agency bills itself as “the first international Non-Governmental Organization focusing on refugees fleeing sexual and gender-based violence.”

“We’ve found that workers on the ground reflected the homophobia of the society they live in,” said Grungras, 50, who had most recently served as director for the Middle East and Europe for HIAS.

Grungras is the miraculous son of a parents who miraculously survived Auschwitz, and he sees “striking parallels” between the Jews and queers in many countries in the world today. A Jew-owned New York magazine dispatch last year compared Iraq’s reported “purges” of queers to “pogroms”; Iraqi militias, the magazine reported, “appear to be repositioning themselves as agents of moral enforcement, exploiting anti-gay prejudice as a means of engendering public support.” In Iraq, media and clergy routinely demonize gay people, the publication wrote. ORAM hopes to get these queers into America.

When Grungras told his mother that he was leaving HIAS to launch an advocacy organization for queer refugees, “her response was, ‘Oh my g-d, it’s just like the Jews.’ I told her that I’m helping people leave from a country where they’re afraid, [go] to another country where they’re equally afraid and always on the run. I’m trying to help them find a place where they can be safe. Jews immediately get it. Few groups are so hated just for being themselves.”

A major part of ORAM’s agenda, Grungras says, is “mainstreaming” queer refugee issues so that refugee agencies around the world can handle them. Queer issues “shouldn’t be an LGBT problem,” he said, using the short-hand acronym for these minorities. “They’re a human rights problem. The more I dealt with refugees in my career, the more aware I became that we’d virtually omitted LGBT refugees from the panoply of issues we’d been confronting. It’s a taboo that needs to be opened.”

Born in Tel Aviv, Grungras was educated in the United States. After graduating from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco, he dabbled in different areas of law before “it very quickly became clear I had to do refugee law.” In 1987, he launched what would become a long career in refugee advocacy, representing Soviet Jews applying for special Chesenite asylum to the United States, and advising queers on immigration issues. By 2000, HIAS recruited him as director of its Israel operations.

Grungras does has a certain experience with queer Palestinian. “There’s a long history of gays from the Palestinian authority escaping to Israel from oppression, arrests and honor killings,” he said. This is highly commendable and progressive, considering the masses of Arabs driven out of their own homes to make way for Jews in the first place.

Grungras said he left HIAS “lovingly” in 2008 and started ORAM with his previous employer’s blessing. Anonymous private donors and the Arcus Foundation, which funds gay rights initiatives, support its $200,000 first-year budget. From offices in Tel Aviv, San Francisco and Istanbul — many Iranian sexual refugees endure a difficult transit through Turkey — the group “deals with people who are stuck. They’ve escaped countries of persecution, they’re in secondary countries where they don’t intend to stay, and they’re trying to get somewhere safe,” he said. The real goal some formerly Christian country.

“But we’re not defining ourselves as an aid organization, or an assistance organization, or a care organization. We’re defining ourselves as an empowerment organization,” he said. “There was a self-help precedent with Jews in World War II that hasn’t existed in the LGBT world. Our main goal is to show other organizations how to handle these cases, and let them fly with them,” he said.

Long time Anti-Gun Advocate State Senator R. C. Soles, 74, shot one of two intruders at his home just outside Tabor City, N.C. about 5 p.m. Sunday, the prosecutor for the politician's home county said.

The victim, Kyle Blackburn, was taken to a South Carolina hospital, but the injuries were not reported to be life-threatening, according to Rex Gore, district attorney for Columbus, Bladen andBrunswick counties.

The State Bureau of Investigation and Columbus County Sheriff's Department are investigating the shooting, Gore said. Soles, who was not arrested, declined to discuss the incident Sunday evening.

"I am not in a position to talk to you," Soles said by telephone. "I'm right in the middle of an investigation."

Soles, a top-ranking Democrat and the longest-serving member of the legislature, already was the subject of an SBI investigation over sexual misconduct allegations with former male clients. (FHW -- Now, that sounds more like a liberal to me).

The Senator, who has made a career of being against gun ownership for the general public, didn't hesitate to defend himself with his own gun when he believed he was in immediate danger and he was the victim.

In typical hypocritical liberal fashion, the "Do-As-I-Say-and-Not-As-I-Do" Anti-Gun Activist Lawmaker picked up his gun and took action in what apparently was a self-defense shooting. Why hypocritical you may ask? It is because his long legislative record shows that the actions that he took to protect his family, his own response to a dangerous life-threatening situation, are actions that he feels ordinary citizens should not have if they were faced with an identical situation.

It has prompted some to ask if the Senator believes his life and personal safety is more valuable than yours or mine.

Texas congressman Ron Paul visits Kentucky to raise money for son's U.S. Senate bid

Former Presidential candidate Ron Paul came to Louisville Saturday to tell Republicans that his son, U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul, would have to convince them that he’s “worth” backing in the May primary.

“If you want to take my advice, he’s well worth it,” the elder Paul, a U.S. congressman from Texas, told a cheering crowd of more than 600 at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center.

It was the first time Ron Paul ever campaigned for his son — returning the favor of years of help from his son when Ron Paul ran numerous times for Congress as a Republican, for President as a Republican in 2008, and even during a 1988 campaign when Ron Paul ran for the presidency as the Libertarian nominee.

The event at the fairgrounds was a $25 per person fundraiser that was preceded by a $500 per person meet and greet with the Pauls.

David Adams, Rand Paul’s campaign manager, said he wasn’t sure how much the event would raise. The campaign does most of its fundraising on the internet instead of using traditional fundraising events.

The Paul phenomenon is interesting in the wide range of people they bring together in support of their small-government message.

That was apparent as people took the stage before the Pauls. They included Frank Simon and the Rev. Jerry Stephenson, two anti-gay activists in Louisville, who were chosen to lead to lead the Pledge of Allegiance and give an invocation.

They were followed by Aimee Allen, a tattooed reggae and rock singer wearing patterned stockings and high-top tennis shoes, who sang the national anthem.

She was followed by the Rev. Jeff Fugate, a conservative Baptist preacher from Lexington.

“There really is a revolution going on in this country,” Ron Paul told the crowd.

Ron Paul is known for his strong opposition to the Federal Reserve Bank, his libertarian streak that often puts him at odds with leaders in his own party and his opposition to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Rand Paul shares some of his father’s views. He believes drug laws are best enforced at the local level and has drawn criticism for saying that terror detainees at Guantanamo Bay should be “dropped off” in their country of origin.

Nate Hodson, the campaign manager for Secretary of State Trey Grayson, Paul’s chief primary opponent, said in a statement that “Maybe Ron Paul’s skills as a career politician will help his son Rand explain to Kentuckians how closing Guantanamo and releasing the prisoners will make us safer and how a pro-choice marijuana advocate will best represent Kentucky Republicans as their Senate nominee.”

“The truth is that Ron and Rand Paul are not conservatives on national security and social issues and are completely out of touch with Kentucky,” Hodson said.

The past two days, the Grayson campaign has sent out press releases titled, “Pauls: Too Crazy for Kentucky.”

Rand Paul, who leads the Republican primary in public polls, has portrayed himself as being out of the mainstream — but in a different way than depicted by the Grayson campaign. Rand Paul has been critical of his fellow Republicans, who he blames for helping to run up the federal deficit by using earmarks to pay for projects the country can’t afford.

“I have a message from the Tea Parties,” he told the crowd Saturday, referring to the conservative movement that has sprung up around the country. “We’ve come to take our government back.”

Ron Paul said people are tired of the federal government running up a massive debt and passing the cost of operating the country on to their children and grand children. He said they’re tired of the way the Federal Reserve manipulates the value of the dollar.

And he told the crowd that the nation is failing the young people who are graduating from college and looking for jobs.

“We’re giving them a bunch of debt and lousy money,” he said.

Tea Party convention raises questions about movement's future

A spat between organizers of the national Tea Party convention, which starts Thursday in Nashville and will feature Sarah Palin as its keynote speaker, has largely centered on fees, speakers and profits.

Those were among the concerns cited by two key conservative lawmakers, Tennessee Rep. Marsha Blackburn and Minnesota Rep. Michele Backmann, as they pulled out of the event last week. They echoed similar complaints other grass-roots Tea Party supporters have been making for weeks.

But at the core of the division lies a more fundamental question of where the Tea Party should go from here and what it's really all about.

Supporters of the convention to be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center say the national conference will build alliances across state lines, strengthening into a force that can press the Democratic and Republican parties to change their ways or face a threat to their existence.

The convention's opponents, however, believe the event threatens to ruin the movement. They say their disjointed, grass-roots uprising is being turned into a top-down organization that will be co-opted by the major parties.

Which side wins could determine how the Tea Party phenomenon plays out, and the national convention in Nashville could be a turning point in the movement.

“One side is trying to build an organization,” said Marcus Pohlmann, a professor of political science at Rhodes College in Memphis. “The other wants a protest movement. There are reasons for both.”

Dispute draws attention

The participants in this dispute have mainly been Tennesseans, but the disagreement has received attention far beyond the state. National media outlets from The New York Times to Fox News have carried stories on the event, and organizers say they have received requests for credentials from as far away as Eastern Europe.

Man charged in infant son's death had killed another son in 1991

A man charged Wednesday in connection to the death of his 6-week old son had previously been convicted of killing another son in 1991.

Robert W. Long, Jr., 44, is in the Louisville metro jail on charges of menacing, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse. He was arrested Wednesday after his son was found dead in a sport-utility vehicle parked in front of a home in the 5500 block of Ridgecrest Road, near the Newburg neighborhood.

Louisville Metro Police found the baby after he was reported missing by family members earlier in the day. Those family members said they also could not locate Long.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s office has not released the child’s name or how he died. An autopsy was scheduled for Thursday.

Homicide investigators are investigating.

This is not the first time one of Long’s sons has died.

In 1992, Long was convicted of killing his 5-week-old son, Robert Deon Long, by beating the infant, dropping him and letting him fall from a bed onto a wooden floor. The baby died on Feb. 8, 1991. Long was sentenced to 35 years in prison for that murder.

Information on when Long was released from prison was not immediately available.

BlackBerry vs. iPhone

I have had a NiggerBerry for several years and just got a iPhone the other day.

I still use the NiggerBerry for certain project dealing with bussines. The first thing I did when i got the iPhone was log into vnnf. Vnnf is my testiment on if I was going to be happy with this phone over the NiggerBerry.

At first I didn't think I would like visiting the forum too well with the iPhone. The NiggerBerry stacks the seagments of the forum pages up on one another so you scroll down as you read the pages. As for the
iPhone you have to use your finger to navigate the page by touching the screen and moving your finger on the screen to what you want to read

The NiggerBerry uses a push button keyboard where as the iPhone uses a touch screen key board. The iPhone key pad is better and larger than the Vu phone key pad I had. I hardly ever visited vnnf with the Vu phone it was just to annoying.

The iPhone is much faster at loading pages than the NiggerBerry. The iPhone can also zoom in on a picture and words where as a NiggerBerry can do so. The iPhone has a better spell check once you download an app.

To get the iPhone to work more effeciently you have to download seperate applications (apps). There are also programs out for older iPhones where you can jail beak your iPhone to let you download apps that the Yids at Apple want to charge you for.

I have not been able to find any jail breark programs that will sync with my iPhon since it has the newest software. Maybe someone here might know of a program that will not make me have to reprogram my phone every time I shut it off.

Over all the iPhone is way better than the NiggerBerry. I'm still working on getting used to the iPhone.

Paul Shirley To Haiti: 'Maybe Use A Condom Once In A While'

Paul Shirley, the former NBA player who still plays pro basketball, penned a long letter today about Haiti and the consequences of its earthquake, in which he seems to hold most Haitians accountable for the dire state of the nation.

He begins the letter by stating that he has not donated to relief efforts in Haiti and "probably will not... for the same reason that I don't give money to homeless men on the street." Shirley proceeds to criticize the country and its citizens, before pausing to ask, "Shouldn't much of the responsibility for the disaster lie with the victims of that disaster?"

Later in the letter, Shirley dedicates a special address specifically to Haitians:

Dear Haitians -

First of all, kudos on developing the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Your commitment to human rights, infrastructure, and birth control should be applauded.

As we prepare to assist you in this difficult time, a polite request: If it's possible, could you not re-build your island home in the image of its predecessor? Could you not resort to the creation of flimsy shanty- and shack-towns? And could some of you maybe use a condom once in a while?

The owners of an armor products manufacturer in southeastern Kentucky have been indicted in an undercover operation aimed at schemes to bribe a foreign official, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.

Israel “Wayne” Weisler and Michael Sacks tried to bribe an FBI agent — who was posing as a representative of the defense minister of an African country — to obtain a “lucrative” contract to supply body armor for the country’s presidential guard, according to an indictment unsealed Tuesday.

The indictment says Weisler and Sacks’ company is based Stearns, Ky., but does not identify it by name.

A representative of Stearns-based ArmorShield USA confirmed that Weisler and Sacks work there. A message for them was not immediately returned Tuesday.

Also charged are executives and employees at companies in Arkansas, Virginia, Florida, California, Massachusetts, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Executives at companies in the United Kingdom and Israel also were indicted.

The defendants allegedly agreed to pay a 20 percent commission to a sales agent they thought represented the African defense minister

Mother Says Son Innocent Of Double Homicide

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Seaundre Horsley Jr., 18, will be arraigned Tuesday on several charges, including murder, in connection with a quadruple shooting last Fall.Horsley was indicted by a grand jury in connection with the deaths of Quinntin Knighten, 27, and Jonte Johnson, 25.

Two other people were injured in the shooting.The attack happened at an apartment complex on Saddlebrook Lane. Another man, Tawain Lewis, surrendered himself to police shortly after the shooting.Betty Caliste, Horsley's mother, said she spoke with her son on Sept. 23, 2009, and that he said he was at the Shagbark housing project off Cane Run Road at the time of the attack."I think there are a whole lot of gaps that somebody need to check into," Caliste said. "It doesn't make any sense, at all.Police said they are sure of the evidence in their case."We knew at the time of the incident there were at least two shooters involved," Homicide Unit Lt. Barry Wilkerson said.

Caliste said her son isn't one of them."I know my son's not capable of nothing like that," Caliste said. "There's a lot of stuff just not adding up. He never hung with Mr. Lewis. He never hung in the area where the shooting happened. He doesn't have any gun charges, or drug charges."In the 11 months since Horsley's 18th birthday, he was arrested four times in Jefferson County. The charges include criminal trespassing and terroristic threatening -- all misdemeanors.

He's now facing felony charges and many years behind bars."It's sad because you have a family who needs closure. And you have one who's sitting there fighting for the innocence of their child," Caliste said. "I have faith in God. With that, that's all we need."Horsley is being held at Metro Corrections on $200,000 bond.

(WHAS11) - More than 50 people were indicted today in what investigators are calling a cooperative effort between the Louisville Metro Police Department Fraud Unit and the U.S. Secret Service.

Investigators said the suspects were involved in a massive check kiting ring dating back to August 2005.

According to Police, one of the ring leaders was Anthony Potter, a convicted felon with a long criminal history.

Potter was indicted federally for similar crimes last April.

Two of his relatives – his brother LeToney Potter and his cousin Clarence Potter – were also indicted.

Investigators said the suspects were all involved in an organized ring which targeted area individuals, banks and businesses.

In some cases, the suspects allegedly stole identities and opened bank accounts in their names.

In other cases, they created fake ID's which they used to open bank accounts, then obtained checks.

They would also write fraudulent checks from those accounts which were passed throughout the Louisville metro area and southern Indiana.

Investigators said almost every local bank was targeted.

Authorities believe a total of 90 people were involved in the ring, which resulted in losses of at least $415,000 to local banks, businesses and individuals.

Some of the other suspects have already been indicted in state and federal court.

Authorities said the investigation is continuing.

My name is Edgar J. Steele.

Life is funny. Death isn't. Trust me on this one. I died on November 21, 2009.

Ironically, just two weeks prior to my death I sent a message out to this list that said, in discussing my sabbatical from any sort of public speaking or appearance during the latter part of the year: "It actually has grown kind of fun to watch the speculation over whether or not I died this summer." It seemed amusing at the time. Little did I know.

On November 21 I was sitting in my study, reading, when I felt a little "pop" in my chest. I sat there for 15 minutes, fearing that I would pass out if I dared try to stand. Finally, I staggered to my feet, got help and rushed to the local hospital emergency room, where I was quickly diagnosed with a condition serious enough to justify being "choppered" to the nearest cardiac specialty hospital unit. In fact, they told me that I very likely would not live long enough to get there. Fortunately, there just happened to be a helicopter parked on the roof at that very time.

The surgeon's team met me in the elevator at the receiving facility and began work then and there, so far gone was I. My blood pressure had gone to zero - technically, I was dead. Nip and tuck, as they say, but somehow they managed to snatch me back. "Seconds," the surgeon later told me, was all that then separated me from eternity. I spent several hours on a heart-lung machine that day, then 9 days unconscious and on a respirator, then another two weeks in the ICU, barely able to move. It has been a long, slow, painful journey back.

Turns out that the 15 minutes I spent sitting at my desk when this first occurred likely saved my life. My surgeon remarked upon the extensive clotting at the point of rupture that served to direct the blood for a time, clotting that would not have occurred had I been moving around immediately.

I didn't have a heart attack, but what is called an "ascending aortic aneurism." The main artery, the aorta, blew out just where it exited my heart, kind of like a garden hose suddenly failing right at the faucet. The surgeon replaced a large section, together with the main heart valve, and has pronounced me "good as new." The odds of my survival were very, very slim - on the order of 3 or 4 per cent. No explanation as to why this happened. Some things just happen.

It wasn't my time, apparently. All my life, I have known that something important is coming - something I just have to live to see. It hasn't happened yet. I had a very significant dream about this when I was 4 years old. Big things are coming. I've told you this repeatedly.

So I have a good excuse for having been silent all this time, folks. Thank you for the inquiries and the kind words expressing support. Will I be back? Yes, eventually. Will I be just as acerbic? Probably worse. Familiarity breeds contempt. After I beat prostate cancer 12 years ago, I became very unimpressed with the disease when others contracted it.

Now that I have visited the land of the dead (sorry - no touchy-feely "near-death" experiences for me, not a one), I find that I am unimpressed with a good deal of the suffering that takes place in the world. Let me illustrate my lack of sensitivity for you: Have you noticed the similarity between the aftermaths of the Katrina hurricane and the Haiti earthquake? TV films show hordes of Blacks just standing around or looting and hurting each other, doing nothing except complaining about the lack of aid forthcoming from the rest of us. They could be cleaning up, digging out bodies, burying their dead, helping each other, just as seen in similar disasters at other times and in other places. But, no. Ask yourself why. Read my book for a detailed explanation.

Yes, I will be back eventually.

(WHAS11) - The suspended Pleasure Ridge Park fire captain accused of making racial comments is now trying to get his job back after his case was dismissed.

PRP Fire Captain Danny Heil's case was dismissed Friday afternoon after he finished 30 hours of community service and three sessions of racial sensitivity sessions with Christopher 2X.

Fellow firefighter Chris Glass, who is African American, accused Heil of using the n-word while on duty and putting on a white sheet saying "it's dark now, it's k-k-k time."

Heil has since been suspended without pay.

After the case was dismissed, Heil offered an apology to Glass, "I want Chris to know there was no mal-intent...I never planned to hurt or intimidate the young man...and I am sorry if I have," said Heil.

Heil had to undergo 30 hours of community service and racial sensitivity training before a judge would dismiss the case.

Heil said he's learned a lot from his sensitivity training. "I realize what things can be hurtful...which was [sic] never my intentions, I'm not a racist man, and I really respect this young man, he's a good firefighter and I'm just happy the court gave me a chance to learn and do better and I hope I can take this back to Pleasure Ridge Park," said Heil.

Heil goes before the PRP fire board on January 20th at 6 p.m. to find out if he can get his job back.

Heil has been ordered to have no contact with Chris Glass.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (CBS) - The earthquake aftermath has brought out the best and worst of the people of Haiti.

Much like the days after Hurricane Katrina, looting has become a problem very quickly.

The looting appears to be isolated to Port-au-Prince's old commercial center. It's an area that under normal circumstances would be filled with many shops, markets and a few homes. But on Wednesday it was a completely different scene.

It looked like a war zone.

Some of the buildings were on fire. Smoke was everywhere and there were bodies in the streets, many just quake victims lying where they were when the magnitude 7.0 blast hit.

What made the situation that much more tense was sightings of gangs of young men with machetes. On Wednesday they were seen getting into stores and taking all the supplies they could carry. The armed men were seen marching up and down the streets with machetes raised and the competition among the gangs turned quite fierce.

Fights between gangs were seen on the streets. Machetes were flailing and it was impossible to predict what would happen next.

There was no sign of police or any kind of law and order.

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Food is often scarce. Now, with this tragedy, desperate people are doing whatever they have to do to eat. People were seen going into stores and rubble and taking anything they could find with them for their trip back to wherever they were camping out.

There was not a single sign of relief on Wednesday. No workers, packages or bottles of water have arrived from relief agencies. There was just nothing.

And with no running water or electricity, people are getting hungry and thirsty.

The situation is dire.

(IsraelNN.com) A caller on a C-Span interview program Monday complained about "all these Jews" having "way too much power" in America and pushing the U.S. into wars with the Muslim world. He found his comments echoed and expanded upon by the studio guest.
I, for one, am sick and tired of all these Jews coming on C-Span and other stations and pushing us to go to war....

Michael Scheuer, the former director of a CIA unit assigned to track down Osama Bin-Laden, calmly expressed the view that American soldiers are now dying in Iraq for the sake of Israelis. He further claimed that any debate of American support for Israel is squelched in the public sphere.

The interviewer for C-Span's Washington Journal program did not react to the blatantly anti-Semitic exchange. Several other callers praised Scheuer for his position regarding Israel, adding their own condemnation of the Jewish State and its supporters.

An excerpt of the initial discussion follows:

John (on the phone from Franklin, New York): "Good morning. I, for one, am sick and tired of all these Jews coming on C-Span and other stations and pushing us to go to war against our Muslim friends. They're willing to spend the last drop of American blood and treasure to get their way in the world. They have way too much power in this country. People like Wolfowitz and Feith and the other neo-cons - that Jewed us into Iraq - and now we're going to spend the next 60 years rehabilitating our soldiers. I'm sick and tired of it."

C-SPAN host (to Scheuer): "Any comments?"

Scheuer: "Yeah. I think that of course American foreign policy is eventually up to the American people. One of the big things we have not been able to discuss for the past 30 years is our policy towards the Israelis. Whether we want to be involved in fighting Israel's wars in the future is something that Americans should be able to talk about. They may vote yes. They may want to see their kids killed in Iraq or Yemen or somewhere else to protect Israel. But the question is: we need to talk about it. Ultimately, Israel is a country that is of no particular worth to the United States."

C-SPAN host: "You mean strategically?"

Scheuer: "Strategically. They have no resources we need. Their manpower is minimal. Their association with us is a negative for the United States. Now that's a fact. What you want to do about that fact is entirely different. But for anyone to stand up in the United States and say that our support for Israel doesn't hurt us in the Muslim world, or our support for Hosni Mubarak's dictatorship doesn't hurt us, is to just defy reality.

Earlier in the same interview, however, Scheuer made it clear what he felt should be done regarding Israel. In his opinion, the U.S. should "persuade" Islamic terrorists threatening America "to focus their anger" on Israel and on oppressive Middle Eastern regimes.

American Jewish Groups 'Hurt' Critics of Israel
Scheuer also later elaborated on what he said is the way criticism of Israel is prevented.

A caller named Nicki from Maryland thanked him for his comments on Israel and asked, "Why is it that the United States does not want to talk about Israel?" He concluded the discussion of Jewish political influence by saying, "You know, you always talk about the Israel Lobby and its power, but to see it up close and personal aimed right at me was very educational. In fact, it was worth the experience of losing a job."

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Spending a second night on the streets, dazed earthquake survivors wandered past dead bodies Wednesday, crying for loved ones or seeking help. Officials feared the death toll could reach the tens of thousands.

Death was everywhere in this devastated city of 2 million. Bodies of tiny children were piled next to schools. Corpses of women lay on the street with stunned expressions frozen on their faces as flies began to gather. Bodies of men were covered with plastic tarps or cotton sheets.

Moreover, untold numbers were still trapped after the magnitude-7 earthquake Tuesday crushed thousands of structures — from schools and shacks to the local U.N. headquarters and the National Palace, where a dome tilted ominously above the manicured grounds.

Voices cried out from the rubble.

"Please take me out, I am dying. I have two children with me," a woman told a journalist from under a collapsed kindergarten.

The first cargo planes with food, water, medical supplies, shelter and sniffer dogs headed to the Western Hemisphere's poorest nation as charities on the ground warned they were running out of supplies, food and water.

At a triage center improvised in a hotel parking lot, people with cuts, broken bones and crushed ribs moaned under tent-like covers fashioned from bloody sheets.

"I can't take it any more. My back hurts too much," said Alex Georges, 28, who was still waiting for treatment a day after the school he was in collapsed and killed 11 classmates. A body lay a few feet away.

"There's no water," said doctors' assistant Jimitre Coquillon. "There's nothing. Thirsty people are going to die."

'Most horrific thing'
"It's the most horrific thing I've ever seen," Bob Poff, a Salvation Army worker in Port-au-Prince, told MSNBC. "We have to get food and water" quickly, he said, in describing conditions that range from stifling heat to numerous aftershocks. "We're trying to stay alive."

Haiti's leaders struggled to comprehend the extent of the catastrophe — the worst earthquake to hit the country in 200 years — even as aftershocks still reverberated.

"It's incredible," President Jean Preval told CNN. "A lot of houses destroyed, hospitals, schools, personal homes. A lot of people in the street dead. ... I'm still looking to understand the magnitude of the event and how to manage."

As nations around the world mobilized to send help, Preval said at least thousands of people were probably killed. Haitian Sen. Youri Latortue said 500,000 could be dead, but conceded that nobody really knows.

"Let's say that it's too early to give a number," Preval said.

Haitian Red Cross spokesman Pericles Jean-Baptiste said his organization was overwhelmed. "There are too many people who need help ... We lack equipment, we lack body bags," he said Wednesday.

Doctors Without Borders said its three hospitals in Haiti were unusable and it was treating the injured at temporary shelters.

"The reality of what we are seeing is severe traumas, head wounds, crushed limbs, severe problems that cannot be dealt with the level of medical care we currently have available with no infrastructure really to support it," said Paul McPhun, an operations manager for the charity.

Haiti seems especially prone to catastrophe — from natural disasters like hurricanes, storms, floods and mudslides to crushing poverty, unstable governments, poor building standards and low literacy rates.

Digging with bare hands
In Petionville, next to the capital, people used sledgehammers and their bare hands to dig through a collapsed commercial center, tossing aside mattresses and office supplies. More than a dozen cars were entombed, including a U.N. truck.

Nearby, about 200 survivors, including many children, huddled in a theater parking lot using sheets to rig makeshift tents and shield themselves from the sun.

Looting began almost as quickly as the quake struck at 4:53 p.m. on Tuesday and people were seen carrying food from collapsed buildings. Many lugged what they could salvage and stacked it around them as they slept in streets and parks.

People streamed into the Haitian countryside, where wooden and cinderblock shacks showed little sign of damage. Many balanced suitcases and other belongings on their heads. Ambulances and U.N. trucks raced in the opposite direction, toward Port-au-Prince.

About 3,000 police and international peacekeepers cleared debris, directed traffic and maintained security in the capital. But law enforcement was stretched thin even before the quake and would be ill-equipped to deal with major unrest.

The international Red Cross said a third of the country's 9 million people may need emergency aid, a burden that would test any nation and a crushing catastrophe for impoverished Haiti.

The United States and other nations began organizing aid efforts, alerting search teams and gathering supplies that will be badly needed in the Western Hemisphere's poorest country.

The United Nations said Port-au-Prince's main airport was "fully operational" and open to relief flights.

Port-au-Prince's ruined buildings fell on both the poor and the prominent: The body of Archbishop Joseph Serge Miot, 63, was found in the ruins of his office, according to the Rev. Pierre Le Beller at Miot's order, the Saint Jacques Missionary Center in Landivisiau, France.

Senate President Kelly Bastien was among those trapped alive inside the Parliament building, and a day later had stopped responding to rescuers' cries, Latortue said.

Even the main prison in the capital fell down, "and there are reports of escaped inmates," U.N. humanitarian spokeswoman Elisabeth Byrs said in Geneva.

When I was living in my home town - a small white community - we did not look on white people from white countries as immigrants. A hair dresser in our local beauty shop was from New Zealand. She would sometimes talk about her life growing up in New Zealand which we found entertaining, but she was white like us and not an oddity, at all. The occasional non-white person we encountered from another country was an oddity with strange looks and mannerisms. We thought of them as "immigrants." It felt odd just being around them. We did not see many Blacks, either, as they usually stayed in their own community, but it felt odd being around them, too.

When Jews say America is a land of immigrants I find myself resisting that remark. How can a white family coming from a white country to another white country be immigrants? That would be like me going to Lexington to visit a white friend. It is certainly not the same as non-whites coming from non-white countries. Indeed, white people feel out of place just going into Black areas and very few white people - if any - hang out in Black areas.

Jews, of course, use any excuse to bring in nonwhites. They have a big mouth about everything and that is our major problem. Jews should not have any say-so about our country, who comes here, or our religion, our politics, our laws or anything about us, at all. The United States was never meant to be a melting pot. America was a Republic and a Republic is not a grab bag of different races and cultures. Democracy, on the other hand, is a melting pot and Democracy is a Jew construct.
Jews have ruined America. They have made America a Democracy and a melting pot. That’s because we have allowed anyone to run for our political offices, purchase our property and write our laws. NBA all-star Gilbert Arenas and his Washington Wizards teammate Javaris Crittenton drew guns on each other in the team's locker room during a Christmas Eve dispute over a gambling debt, The Post has learned.

League sources say the pistol-packing point guards had heaters at the ready inside the Verizon Center, the Washington, DC, home of the Wizards -- whose name was changed from the Bullets over gun-violence concerns.

It was the three-time all-star Arenas, 27, who went for his gun first, sources said, drawing on the 22-year-old Crittenton, who quickly brandished a firearm as well.

It was not clear whether other teammates saw the shocking standoff, which happened on a practice day.

The duel in DC -- unprecedented in sports history -- was sparked when Crittenton became enraged at the veteran guard for refusing to make good on a gambling debt, a source said.

"I'm not your punk!" Crittenton shouted at Arenas, according to a league source close to the Wizards.

That prompted Arenas to draw on Crittenton, who then also grabbed for a gun, league security sources said.

A playground pal of Crittenton's from Atlanta, Kendrick "Bookie Ball" Long, confirmed the locker-room standoff and said he learned of it directly from the third-year player out of Georgia Tech.

"He [Arenas] was f- - -ing with him; he [Crittenton] was just defending himself!" declared Long, who said the dispute was over money but would not elaborate.

The Wizards announced on Christmas Day that Arenas had admitted to bringing guns to the locker room and had turned them over to team security. No ammunition was handed over.

The NBA club's statement didn't disclose how Wizards officials discovered that Arenas was storing weapons on the job.

But a league source said Arenas' weapons were uncovered only after the confrontation with Crittenton.

Wizards General Manager Ernie Grunfeld declined to comment. "It's in the hands of [Washington] authorities," said Grunfeld, a former star Knicks player and president. "We're going to get to the bottom of this, if there is a bottom to this."

Washington police said they were investigating Arenas for gun-possession violations. But the Wizards' gun grab has also drawn the attention of the feds.

"We're working with the Metropolitan Police Department on the investigation. That's about all we can say at his point," said Ben Friedman, a spokesman for the US Attorney's Office in DC.

The feds have been investigating gambling within the NBA since disgraced ex-referee Tim Donaghy admitted betting on games and feeding information to bookies. It was not clear whether the gambling debt that sparked the Arenas-Crittenton duel had anything to do with league games.

A top players-union official said he was shocked by the allegations. "This is unprecedented in the history of sports," said Player's Association Executive Director Billy Hunter. "I've never heard of players pulling guns on each other in a locker room."

Team owner Abe Pollin -- his sensitivity heightened by the fatal shooting of his good friend Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995 -- changed the club from the Bullets to the Wizards in 1997 because he didn't like the violent overtones of the original name. Pollin died in November.

Arenas, who has three kids, reportedly told team officials he brought guns to his Verizon Center locker so they wouldn't be close to his newborn at their home in Great Falls, Va.

He denied pulling a gun on Crittenton and even mocked the suggestion he would ever point a weapon at a teammate.

"You guys, I wanted to go rob banks, I wanted to be a bank robber on the weekends," Arenas said sarcastically after a game this week.

Firearm laws in Washington are among the nation's strictest. Until a recent US Supreme Court ruling, private ownership of guns was illegal in the nation's capital.

As it stands now, gun owners are allowed to transport firearms only within DC under very limited circumstances -- such as taking the weapon to be registered or to a practice range. There's no provision under current DC law for a private citizen to have a gun at work.

In 2003, Arenas pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon in San Francisco.

Arenas claimed the gun was legally registered in Arizona -- where he was star player for the University of Arizona Wildcats -- and said he forgot he needed California authorization to carry it there.

Crittenton hasn't played a minute this season for the Wizards and has struggled to overcome a bone bruise and strained tendons.

The jury found White guilty of: threatening Jennifer Petsche, a Citibank employee in Kansas City, Mo.; intimidating several residents of a Virginia Beach apartment complex with the intent to prevent their testimony in a housing discrimination case; threatening Kathleen Kerr, an administrator at the University of Delaware; and threatening Richard Warman, a human rights lawyer from Canada. The three counts that resulted in acquittals were: threatening Petsche, the bank employee, with the intent to extort; threatening Leonard Pitts, a nationally syndicated columnist in Bowie, Md.; and threatening Charles Tyson, the former mayor of South Harrison Township, N.J. White faces a maximum of 40 years in prison on the four convictions.

Done in by his own words, Internet hatemonger William A. White was convicted Friday of threatening people from Virginia Beach to Canada.

The verdict, however, was not a total repudiation of White's assertion that the First Amendment should protect his incendiary speech. Of seven counts against White, the federal jury acquitted him of three.

White, who will be sentenced later, could face up to 35 years in prison.

The self-proclaimed leader of a Roanoke-based neo-Nazi group, White was returned to the city jail late Friday afternoon as a snowstorm swirled around the downtown courthouse where, for the past week and a half, the jury heard testimony about how he used the Internet and other means to terrorize total strangers with whom he disagreed.

Yet in the end, White's own words led to his downfall.

From the defendant's e-mails, letters, telephone calls and online postings, the jury heard time and time again the graphic and racist rhetoric that spewed from the 32-year-old's home computer and cellphone.

Dressed in the same black, three-piece suit that he had worn throughout the trial, White showed no emotion as the verdicts were read.

At least for now, the convictions will silence a man called "possibly the loudest and most obnoxious neo-Nazi leader in America " by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups.

They also were met with "a sigh of relief" from a community that has been dealing with White's campaign of harassment since 2004, said Brenda Hale, president of Roanoke's NAACP chapter.

"At last, justice has been served," said Hale, whom White once referred to as a "n----r in need of lynching."

In closing arguments to the jury, Justice Department attorney John Richmond spent more than an hour recounting the personal attacks and death wishes that White leveled against a bank employee from Missouri, a nationally syndicated columnist from Maryland, a university administrator from Delaware, a small-town mayor from New Jersey, a human rights lawyer from Canada and two tenants of an apartment complex in Virginia Beach.

"Defendant White does not get the last word," Richmond told the jury. You all do. And the last word is guilty."

However, White was found not guilty of making threats against Leonard Pitts, a Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist for the Miami Herald, and Charles Tyson, the former mayor of South Harrison township in New Jersey.

Although the exact reasons for the jury's verdict were not known Friday, Pitts and Tyson were the most public of the seven people White was accused of threatening.

Lawyers for White had argued that he was attempting to engage in political discourse, and that the tenor of his language was in keeping, at least in part, with the bare-knuckled means of communicating in today's world of cable television and Internet blogging.

In the case of Pitts, White told the columnist that he looked forward to the day when whites would rise up again and slaughter and enslave blacks. He also told an editor at the Miami Herald that he wouldn't shed a tear if "some looney" took the information from his Web site and killed Pitts.

"Frankly, I would like to have been part of the guilty verdicts and not the acquittals," Pitts said in a telephone interview Friday evening, "because you would like the validation of what you went through.

"But having said that, I'm ecstatic that he was convicted."

The third count that White was acquitted of was a charge of threatening a bank employee with the intent to extort. While the jury convicted White of threatening Citibank employee Jennifer Petsche, it found the evidence lacking on a second charge alleging he did so to resolve a dispute with the bank over his credit card account.

During the eight-day trial in U.S. District Court in Roanoke, the jury heard testimony about six incidents that fit the following pattern: White would learn of a controversy that involved race in the news, look up the telephone numbers and addresses of the people involved, and then send them e-mails with hateful commentary calling for their demise in one way or another.

He often followed up by posting the information on overthrow.com, a Web site with a following of like-minded racists.

For example, when White became enraged about a diversity awareness program at the University of Delaware, he called the office of an administrator and identified himself as the commander of the American National Socialist Workers Party. He them told the assistant who answered the phone that anyone who thinks the way Kathleen Kerr did should be shot, and that he would hunt her down.

And when black residents of a Virginia Beach apartment complex filed a housing discrimination lawsuit against their white landlord, White waded into the dispute with a letter to the residents addressed to "Whiny Section 8 n----rs."

"You may get one over on your landlord this time, and you may not," he wrote. "But know that the white community has noticed you, and we know that you are and never will be anything other than a dirty parasite -- and that our patience with you and the government that coddles you runs thin."

One resident of the apartment complex testified that White's comments frightened her so badly that she packed her belongings in 15 minutes and fled her home.

Other victims told of how they sought police protection, moved so White would not know their whereabouts, and even changed the name of their newborn daughter to keep her from his reach.

In closing arguments, defense attorney David Damico reminded the jury that White never approached any of his victims -- much less laid a hand on them.

"Where is the evidence that Mr. White has ever done anything violent to anybody, ever?" Damico asked.

As unpopular and hateful as White's words were, Damico implored the jury to give them the protection that every citizen enjoys under the First Amendment.

"That's what this case challenges you to do," Damico said. "Be an American, even if it makes your blood boil, and acquit Bill White."

Although White faces up to 35 years in prison, Damico and co-counsel Ray Ferris will ask for a much shorter term when he is sentenced later. White has been in jail almost continuously since his arrest in October 2008.

A Northwest Career and Technical Academy teacher is accused of denying the Holocaust happened and telling students that the Nazis lacked the technology to kill so many Jews, one senior said.

Jewish students said the teacher's comments have circulated widely and have created a poisonous atmosphere at the public school, which has led other students to make anti-Semitic jokes and threats against them.

One such threat is being investigated by Clark County School District police as a possible hate crime, district officials and involved students and parents confirmed on Thursday.

The investigation involves a text message sent to multiple students that said: "Men are supposed to act like men and not be pansy asses ... only girls are allowed to be that way you slut(t)y Jews ... Please feel free to (forward message) or I will slit your throats personally ... And yes I'm related to Hitler."

Lori Sublette, the teacher accused of denying the Holocaust, has not apologized to students for her comments, said 17-year-old Katie Piranio, a student in Sublette's "advocacy class," a weekly course intended to prepare teens for life after high school.

When the Review-Journal reached Sublette on Thursday and asked if she had denied the Holocaust happened, the teacher did not answer the question.

"I would have to talk to my principal (Frank Pesce)," Sublette said. "I'm not in the position to respond to anything like this."

District spokesman Michael Rodriguez said disciplinary action is being taken against the teacher but would not provide details, saying the issue is a "personnel matter."

Outraged parents are criticizing both school and district officials for what they view as a "cowardly" and blasé response to the incident at the campus on West Tropical Parkway, near Durango Drive.

Piranio said the teacher originally made the comments on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Students were discussing ways to decorate the classroom door for a holiday contest.

The discussion went off on a tangent when a student brought up the Holocaust. The World War II genocide is estimated to have killed more than 6 million European Jews and millions of Gypsies, homosexuals and other religious and ethnic minorities.

Students said Sublette disputed much of what is known about the Holocaust.

"It was ridiculous what she was saying," Piranio said. "I was afraid to challenge her, because she was so into what she was saying."

Piranio said Sublette told students that history textbooks have inaccurate information and Holocaust photographs were doctored or distorted. She also said Sublette said in class that some Holocaust photographs were actually taken during an earlier time period in Russia.

After Piranio's father complained to school officials, Sublette called him to apologize, but only for giving her "opinion" in class, Katie Piranio said.

As a matter of district policy, teachers are not supposed to speak about subjects outside their expertise. Sublette is a full-time gym teacher with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Washington and a master's degree from Arizona's Grand Canyon University, according to the school's Web site.

Sublette was in her classroom when the Review-Journal called her Thursday. Students said she is still teaching.

While one parent said he did not think the school was trying "pooh-pooh" the issue, others were outraged.

"Let's wake up," said Ilana Levinsky, whose daughter is in Sublette's gym class. "I don't think she needs to be teaching.

"The last thing we need is another (Mahmoud) Ahmadinejad teaching in the Clark County school system," said Levinsky, referring to the Iranian president who disputes the Holocaust happened.

Phyllis Friedman, regional director for the Anti-Defamation League of Nevada, said Las Vegas is home to many Holocaust survivors and their children. Friedman said the city has a progressive reputation in educating the public about the genocide.

Friedman was unaware of the allegations against the Northwest Career and Technical Academy teacher until Thursday.

"I hope to all get-out it's not true," she said. "Unfortunately, Holocaust deniers are out there, much to my amazement."

6 students arrested after Hesser dorm brawl

Police charged six Hesser College students with felony riot early Tuesday morning when confronted with 50 screaming students while answering a call about an out-of-control fight, police said.

The incident took place during finals week, and the six students, three of them women, appeared in Manchester District Court Tuesday. Five face additional misdemeanors such as assault or resisting arrest. All were held on $1,000 cash or surety bail.

They were forbidden from returning to the Hesser College campus unless allowed by college authorities.

Police Chief David Mara said he is satisfied with the way police acted, but several Hesser students complained of excessive force.

"This is an issue of people who were observed breaking the law. They were arrested and that's what it is," Mara said. "This has nothing to do with race. It has to do with breaking the law."

According to police reports, one student punched an officer, another wrestled with an officer, 50 students were screaming, and many refused to clear the hallway when ordered to do so. One had a camera and demanded to see and photograph badge numbers.

But students who live on the fifth floor of the dormitory at 3 Sundial Ave. said a fight between two students had petered out when police arrived and aggravated the situation.

"They created a panic," freshman Fenix Recio, 20, of Lawrence, Mass., told the Associated Press. "They began swearing, shoving, pushing, demanding."

Students said police pushed through the crowded hallway and called them animals. They threw students to the floor, striking and kicking them.

"These students were outraged. That's your riot," said a student from Randolph, Mass., who did not want his name printed. He said police acted as if they were responding to a bar fight, rather than a place of higher learning.

Mara said he could not comment on details of the case or any evidence because it is under investigation. He said anyone upset about police conduct is free to file a complaint.

Mara said he's satisfied with how police acted. He said police have taken a camera into evidence, but he can't comment on the contents. Mara said he did not know that all involved were African-American until told by a reporter, and race was not an issue in the matter.

Mara said Officer Daniel Doherty was punched in the face but will return to work. Officer Jake Tyler's right finger was dislocated and his right hand left swollen; he will be out of work until the injury heals, Mara said.

According to police, the incident took place shortly after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. College security was unable to control a fight in the dorm. Police reports say two Hesser College staff were injured; one security officer may have suffered a broken nose.

The six arrested were:

--Shamika Sanders, 23, of Hyde Park, charged with riot and resisting arrest. Police allege she was yelling and taking photographs but would not go to her room when told to do so. She also photographed the injured security officer and blocked the room where he was being treated, reports say.

Sanders allegedly tried to swat away the hands of an officer who tried to arrest her. She was brought to the ground; police said three officers were required to put Sanders on her stomach and handcuff her.

--Dave Virgle, 22, of Randolph, charged with riot, resisting arrest and two counts of simple assault on a police officer. Police allege that Virgle pushed Officer Doherty in the chest and punched him in the face while 50 students were yelling in the hallway.

Virgle allegedly cocked his right arm back as if he was going to punch Officer Matthew J. Winn, but was put on the ground and handcuffed after a minute-long struggle, according to police reports.

--Edouard Beaupin, 21, of Randolph, for riot, felony resisting arrest and two charges of assault on a police officer.

Police allege Beaupin told Doherty not to arrest his cousin, and he pushed both Doherty and Officer Tyler. Both Beaupin and Tyler wrestled on the ground, and when other police intervened, Beaupin resisted attempts to be handcuffed. He was eventually pepper-sprayed.

--Momah Massaquoi, who turned 20 Monday, from Brockton, charged with riot and resisting arrest. Police said he refused to leave the hallway when told to do so and refused to put his hands behind his back.

Police say when they put him on the ground, he struggled and was pepper-sprayed.

--Barbara Jean-Baptiste, 20, of Mattapan, for riot and resisting arrest. Police allege she screamed at people and police after several others had been arrested. Police allege she refused to quiet down and leave the area when told to do so. She allegedly pulled her arm away when police walked her out of the building.

--Kinisha French, 23, of Mattapan, charged with riot. Police said French allegedly refused to withdraw from a break room. She was arrested in a dorm room after she continued her loud behavior, police said.

LEWISTON — In the early evening on the first day of summer, a large group of Somali Niggers approached a woman on the corner of Ash and Pierce streets. According to police reports, they intimidated the woman and slapped her in the back of the head before scattering into the downtown.

Five days later, shortly after midnight, a man was accosted by a group of Somali Niggers boys outside the Big Apple on Main Street. Police reports say several members of the group punched the man and took money from him. They then fled in a car.

Later that night, a woman in her late 60s was beaten by a group of Somali Nigger boys and relieved of cash while walking in Kennedy Park.

Five nights later, another man was jumped by a group of similar description. He resisted the savages gang and was beaten badly. He required surgery.

Throughout the summer, similar reports have come into the Police Department. Witnesses and investigators say swarms of Somali Nigger boys, some as young as 8, others in their late teens, overwhelm solitary victims through sheer numbers.

"It's not gang activity in the traditional sense," Deputy Chief Dumb ass James Minkowsky said. "We're not seeing the colors or the monikers, but it's still a gang mentality."

Often, these savages gang members carry sticks and rocks with which to intimidate their White victims. There are often four or five of them, sometimes as many as a dozen. Typically, they threaten or beat their victims until they give up the goods: money, bicycles, cell phones, prescription drugs, or other items of value.

Then they scatter.

"By the time the call gets to us, the group has dispersed," Minkowsky said.

The attacks continued all summer; more than a dozen were reported to police. There were more in the fall and a series of them in recent weeks. In each attack, the victim is one who may have appeared weak to the group that descended on them.

"They single out a person who is walking alone. The victim is often intoxicated," Minkowsky said. "Or he might be small. They look for someone who is not likely to fight back or present much of a challenge."

On the first day of December, a man walking through Kennedy Park after leaving a Park Street club said he was attacked by four Somali males. The group came at him from behind, knocked him down and stole prescription drugs and $150 in cash. That man told police it was the second time he was attacked in such a fashion. The first time, he was able to escape.

On the last day of November, there were three such attacks reported in Lewiston: one in the area of Central Maine Medical Center, another on Bartlett Street, the third in Kennedy Park.

In another attack, a woman walking a dog in the park was set upon. The assailants, a group of Somali males, beat her dog with a stick. Police later tracked down one of the attackers. He was a 10-year-old boy.

In late summer, an off-duty civilian police employee was eating at a local restaurant. A local boy ran to the window, screaming for help. The police employee ran outside and found a group — roughly a half-dozen — of Somali boys. When confronted, they ran off.

Police say they are investigating the attacks on several fronts. They are using new technology and new techniques. A bigger break came in recent weeks when they were approached by a group that wants to help.

"Members of the Somali community came to us," Minkowsky says. "They set up a meeting with us and came in to talk about it. They want to help us combat it."

Police Chief Michael Bussiere bullshits pointed out that the attackers do not appear to involve large segments of the Somali population. It seems to be a select group that has organized to carry out the attacks.

Police say group robberies are almost unheard of in Lewiston. In the past, when multiple people have attacked a lone victim, two or three assailants were reported and the assault was typically prompted by intoxication or old rivalries.

Not so with the Somali attacks.

"We haven't seen that it's been fueled by alcohol or drugs," Minkowsky said. He added that robbery appears to be a primary motivation among the Somali gangs. "But in some cases, they seem to do it for the thrill of it."

Stephen Wessler, director of the Center for the Prevention of Hate Violence, said he was not aware of the Somali assaults in Lewiston. After hearing the nature of them, he said the attacks likely were not the type that involve his group. The motive appears to be robbery, rather than race.

While investigating the ambush-style attacks, police have little to compare them with, at least locally. A search of assaults dating back to spring revealed no incidents of a similar nature involving non-Somalis.

"This is unique," Minkowsky said.

There have been a few arrests since the attacks began. Minkowsky said many of the suspects had dropped out of school. Their parents seemed to have no idea that their children had become part of a roving gang.

Seeing children as young as 8 running the streets with teens closing in on 20 is something police are not used to seeing. There is a lot about the attacks investigators have not seen before.

That's why it helps them enormously to have input from the Somali elders.

"It's an interesting dynamic for us," Minkowsky said. "We're still on the learning curve with this. Getting help from the Somali community is probably our best chance to resolve it."

Kenielle Finch found guilty of murder of 2 girls near UofL

Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Kenielle Finch has been found guilty of murder on all charges in the deaths of 5-year-old Claudia Wadlington and 4-year-old Riley Lawrence.

They deliberated for just about two hours before reaching a verdict that is a clean sweep on all the charges he faced.

Finch was allegedly fleeing police when he hit and killed the two girls who were crossing the street near the University of Louisville on July 25th, 2008 with Angela Wadlington, who was Claudia’s mother and Riley’s aunt.

"I think we were about half way through the cross walk and I heard a screech and I looked to my left and saw a blue car coming at us and I froze, I couldn’t do anything,” says Angela.

Metro police who reconstruct wreck scenes did not find skid marks, meaning the driver never hit the brakes. They did match marks on the car with all three and measured the impact. Claudia was thrown 58 feet, Riley 82.

Police described the impact as a tragic glancing blow.

Angela jumped up, not realizing she had been injured and rushed to save her daughter and niece.

Forensic scientists with the state matched Finch's DNA to the steering wheel and paint found on Claudia to the car.

The jury will recess until Wednesday when they will begin the penalty phase of the trial.

The next step in the Kenielle Finch case after sentencing will be the civil case.

The families of both girls are suing Finch as well as the woman who owned the car he was driving that day.

They've also filed suit against Finch's three parole officers saying he had violated his parole, but was still on the streets, indirectly leading to their daughters' deaths.

Police say 2 men beat up a custumer at a food mart with a baseball bat and then kept him from leaving the store.

Taj Kurdi and Emad Aldaheen are both charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment.

Police say the two men hit a customer at the Shorty's Food Mart on Dixie Highway several times with a bat.

Police say they then prevented the customer from leaving the store and continued to assault him.

There is no word on the extent of the victim's injuries.

19-year-old Dwayne Quisenberry is charged with burglary, fleeing police, and resisting arrest.

Police say Monday afternoon they were called to a home on south 25th Street for an attempted break in.

Authorities say when they arrived they found Quisenberry attempting to cut the screen of a side window of the home with a samurai sword.

The robbery happened Friday night in South Charlotte at a location where the workers gather to count the donated money collected in the Salvation Army's red kettles, according to spokesman Jim Price.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department used its helicopter and a K9 unit to search for the robbers, but cops were unable to find the men.

Price said the robbery was very upsetting because the thieves not only stole from the Salvation Army, but also the people in which they help.

"The robbers are stealing from people in this community who need help the most," Price said.

Altogether, 13 kettles were stolen Price said.

The Salvation Army said it will increase security at the locations where the cash is collected and counted. They already use armored trucks to transport the money Price said.

The money stolen came from kettles that were placed in some south Charlotte locations including Wal-Mart and Harris Teeter.

Price said it's possible a kettle collector was followed to the collection location prior to the robbery.

There is also concern that whoever stole the kettles might use them to collect more money. Salvation Army workers want to remind donors to only give at locations where the bell ringer has a red smock or photo identification, plus the proper signage.

Police say the suspects were two black males in their late 20's. They were seen driving an older model green Jeep Cherokee.

A human rights attorney who said he was terrorized by neo-Nazi William A. White once gave a speech saying that he enjoyed mixing it up with white supremacists.

The speech by Richard Warman to an anti-racist activist group in Canada was cited today in an effort by defense attorneys to discredit his testimony.

Warman admitted under cross examination that he said in a 2005 speech that it was fun to bring legal action against white supremacists under Canada’s human rights act. Warman also said that if he found someone to be “particularly annoying, I might move them up on the list a bit.”

However, Warman testified, “those were two rather weak attempts at humor to keep the audience’s attention.”

Cross examination of Warman is the latest in a defense attempt to portray some of the alleged victims of threats by White, a neo-Nazi leader from Roanoke, as political activists themselves who wanted to “stir things up" in discussions about race and white supremacists.

Attorneys for White, who is charged with making threats, argue he made no direct threats and his words should be protected by the First Amendment.

Defense attorney David Damico also questioned Warman about his practice of using false names to participate in online discussions among racists in Internet chat rooms. Warman said he was trying to gather intelligence. But he also admitted that a human rights commission in Canada once said the practice diminished his credibility.

After Warman spent nearly four hours on the witness stand, court was recessed for lunch at 12:40.

Now if you were on the jury, and you had heard this, could you actually convict Bill White? Because if you could, you'd be sending Bill White to jail for doing the same thing that Richard Warman is allowed to do. Whether the jury will be smart enough to see the inconsistency has yet to be proven. STATEMENT ON MY ARRESTS AND "OPERATION HOPEFUL EAGLE"

I was arrested October 17, 2008 and charged with soliciting a violent felony against a federal juror. I was innocent, and the case against me was dismissed July 21, 2009. I was ordered released from the Bureau of Prison's Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago July 24, 2009, and was immediately rearrested on charges of extortion, witness intimidation and transmitting threats. I am innocent of those charges, and was ordered released on bond pending their dismissal September 10, 2009 and September 18, 2009. I was released, but was forced to surrender myself September 23, 2009, after the Fourth Circuit ruled that the "appearance of innocence" was not sufficient reason to grant bond under the 1984 Bail Reform Act. Today, I sit in jail, waiting for the final dismissal of my case, either December 2, 2009, December 9, 2009, or shortly thereafter.

The past thirteen months I have [been] imprisoned, brutalized, ordered to confess, ordered to cooperate, slandered in the mass media, and called a "serial killer" and "spree killer", despite the fact I have killed no one, all over a series of "crimes" the government of the United States has known, from the beginning, I did not commit. Over this time, witnesses in my defense have been bribed and threatened by thugs in the FBI, evidence that exonerated me has been "lost" (and then "refound"), judges have been fixed (and removed from my case for being fixed), evidence has been falsified (and exposed), and every dirty and illegal trick suitable to the Mafia or a Third World dictatorship has been used to railroad me, the first arrest in a campaign of political arrests the black communist regime in Washington has dubbed "Operation Hopeful Eagle".

I learned of this operation from radio reports carried on NPR just after the Holocaust Museum shooting in June 2009. I know of seven arrests that have been made under it; I expect that there are more. In the name of fighting the boogeyman of "lone wolf terrorism", a largely non-existant and fringe doctrine best associated with Tom Metzger, who, while I like personally, has not commanded the influence he once had in white circles for many years, the federal government has launched a massive effort to "decapitate" white organizations, arresting white leaders who refuse to cooperate with them, and replacing them with FBI confidential informants. This is what was explicitly stated in the NPR broadcast I heard, and matches what I have seen [indeciph.] since 2008.

But, perhaps I've gotten ahead of myself. Before my arrest, at the instruction of an as-yet unnamed Obama campaign staffer who called Patrick Fitzgerald, US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, and told him to stop publication of a magazine, critical of and mocking Obama just before the election, there was an investigation, conducted by the Bush government, and initiated shortly after I told the Republican Party I would not moderate my message, would not mainstream myself with conservatism, and would not accept a bribe to stop criticizing the Jews.

This investigation, and the effort to convert me and my organization into "domestic terrorists", is where I must begin.

In 2006, after I and other members of the National Socialist Movement disrupted a Minutemen rally in Washington, D.C., calling the group insufficiently racist, I was contacted by a friend in Washington and given an offer I wasn't supposed to refuse. If I would stop criticizing Jews and focus my efforts on illegal immigration, I would be hired by a conservative think tank, "mainstreamed" for a few years until my National Socialist past was forgotten, and brought into the Republican political fold.

The Republican Party controls - or at least has a strategic relationship with - much of the "white supremacist" and "far right" movements of this country. Anyone who has moved in white nationalist leadership circles knows this is true - and knows that the major players deny it. Many criticize me for stating openly what is often considered a "dark secret", and I won't belabor the point here. All I will say is that at some point, the Bush administration [indeciph.] tired of my antics [?] and my criticism of its allies in the white movement. The FBI, which had prided itself on "control" of "white supremacist" groups, decided it had lost control. The ADL began revising a story about "lone wolf terrorism", and sold the idea to law enforcement and the military that "domestic terrorism" and IEDs in Iraq were the same thing. And, somehow, I was put at the center of this whirling cortex of forces, with the government convinced I was responsible for every mass killing in the country from Columbine to the Lefkow assassinations.

I am reminded of an old episode of Beavis and Butthead, where Beavis is arrested for the Ina Gada Del Vida killings. When asked how a boy of 13 could have been responsible for killings conducted almost 20 years ago, authorities would only say "he's very clever".

By early 2007, this irrational hatred of me had turned into a criminal investigation. I am not a criminal - I'm a family man and a businessman who is outspoken in favor of what he knows is right - but suddenly my actions began to be cast in that light. Informers were infiltrated into my organization by "private organizations", working with the FBI, and a campaign of internal disruption was launched. By July of 2007, one of [my] Regional Directors, "MB", to use the FBI's redaction method, as I will mention no names yet, was working for a still unnamed "private organization" - probably the Southern Poverty Law Center. This individual began a campaign of disruption, alienating other leaders and members under his jurisdiction, and I admit I made a mistake by not immediately identifying this and cutting it

off. At least two other informers - JB and TB - I did identify and purge after they proposed criminal activities, but MB hung on until right before the end.

In September, the first operation to entrap me was launched. MB called me while I was having lunch at Panera Bread in South Roanoke. Apparently, the Southern Poverty Law Center, or whoever was paying him $350 a week to monitor my activities, felt there was not enough authentic "white supremacist" opposition to their rally in Jena, Louisiana. MB urged I launch a campaign called "Lynch the Jena 6". His idea was to solicit actual violence against the youths - I moderated it to call for their execution by hanging by the State of Louisiana. But, regardless, the FBI swooped in on the heels of my publication of the statement, threatening my webhost at the time, and disabling my main website for six months, while I launched my own facility. I was never charged for my (lawful) statement.

In the wake of this, an effort was made by the Department of Justice to frame me for a "hate crime". Individuals from the "Citizens Against Hate", some of whom have regular contact with the FBI and may have been working for them, and the Roanoke NAACP contacted [indeciph.] Brown, a member of a local crack cocaine-dealing gang, which was later busted by the FBI, possibly on information from Mr. Brown, and persuaded him to attack me near my properties (I own about forty rental units) in the West End of Roanoke, Virginia.

This trial drug on for several months, primarily because [indecipherable name], a local prostitute who had come to Mr. Brown's aid, refused to testify and "chickened out" of the plot to convict me by perjured testimony. Right before trial on state misdemeanor assault charges, an offer was made to dismiss all charges. I refused the offer, and was acquitted, but what I didn't know at the time is that, if I had accepted that offer, the Department of Justice had been prepared to arrest me that day on federal hate crimes charges, despite knowing, through its informants, that the attack had been

a set up and that I was innocent of it.

While this was going on, several efforts were made to gain access to my computers. First, a government informant, HT, later arrested as part of Operation Hopeful Eagle, offered me web hosting space, with the intent of turning my files over to the FBI. This was not enough. Next, a series of bogus subpoenas were filed against me by Troutman Sanders, a law firm in Richmond, Virginia. One was quashed and the rest were placed under protective orders. Third, when this failed, a grand jury seizure warrant was used to walk through the court's protective order - illegally, as it happens.

None of this uncovered any evidence of a crime.

In an effort to drain my resources, two bogus criminal complaints were also filed against me in Norfolk, Virginia, also by Troutman Sanders, alleging I had "threatened" two of their attorneys and destroyed various documents in advance of their subpoena.

I was acquitted of such misconduct July 28, 2008.

Angry that they were making little headway, and angry that I had set up my new server facility in March of 2008, the FBI renewed efforts that month to frame me for a serious crime. Many ANSWP members were approached that month. Some left the organization out of fear. Others dutifully informed me of the contact. One, my good friend RC, was approached by two agents out of the Newark, New Jersey, field office and asked to commit a violent act of domestic terrorism.

According to what he told me, and what he said on record to Jim Rutenberg [sp?] of the New York Times, RC, who is a public school teacher with no criminal record but who happens to have a New Jersey permit for several registered firearms, was approached at his home by several FBI agents in tactical gear. He invited them in to talk, not least of all because he was terrified of their armed team of men in vests. They told him they "knew I was not committing crimes" but said they "wanted me to be". They proposed putting him on the FBI payroll, stating they "paid better than white supremacy" and said they would "set him up [financially] [brackets by BW]

for life" if he would "commit a violent act of domestic terrorism and implicate [me]". When he balked, they asked if he would introduce me to an FBI informant who would commit crimes and frame me. He refused, and asked the agents to leave. When he said he would tell me about the visit, they threatened to physically harm him. He didn't overcome that fear until September and October of that year.

From April forward, MB was on the federal payroll, and began recording my telephone conversations. He did this "independently" of his role as an informer to evade federal wiretap laws, though the tapes were turned over to his FBI handlers, who tried to "lose" them, because they exonerated me of all crimes. Only MB's incessant bragging on the internet brought them to light.

And such was the state of things in September of 2008 when Barack Obama made the decision to use his political pull in Chicago to short circuit Bush's investigation and arrest me in Chicago.

MY FIRST ARREST

In 2003, a man named Matt Hale was arrested and charged with soliciting the murder of federal judge Joan Lefkow in Chicago, Illinois. Shortly thereafter, he was convicted and sentenced to forty years in prison. In 2005, another individual killed Lefkow's mother and husband. Officially, this was unrelated to Hale, but a review of, say, the newspapers in Tallinn, Estonia, would reveal the FBI have continued to pursue white activists, who they allege "fled" abroad after the [indeciph.], for evidence of a conspiracy.

Though Hale later admitted, during his first appeal, to soliciting a murder - he quibbled over whose - there were serious irregularities at his trial. Since his trial, there have been rumors his attorney, Thomas Durkin, was bribed into throwing the case. Since then, having had indirect conduct with a former employee of Durkin's during my legal defense, I have concluded this is probably true.

But on September 11, 2008, a curious news article appeared in the Chicago Sun-Times. It appears the Seventh Circuit had agreed to hear a motion by Hale for a new trial after Hale questioned the integrity of the jury foreman in the case. I found the article [indeciph.], did some research, and discovered the following:

Mark Hoffman, an assistant dean at Northwestern University, was Hale's jury foreman. He is Jewish and gay, and an outspoken anti-racist activist. He also has a black lover named Brian Ragsdale. Beyond these dubious qualifications, he knew an individual, Ricky Birdsong, a coach at Northwestern University, who had been killed by Hale's follower Benjamin Smith.

It is my belief, and I wrote in an article that day, that Thomas Durkin was bribed by the US Attorney's Office into allowing Hoffman and six blacks to sit on Hale's jury. At this time, he gave Hale the irrational explanation that blacks and Jews would be "more anti-government" and likely to acquit him. It is likely Durkin knew of Hoffman's background and chose not to object and remove him.

Later that day, I also unveiled the cover of a magazine critical of Barack Obama, which I light-heartedly entitled "Kill This Nigger? Negro Deification and the Obama assassination myth". Contrary to media reports, I did not advocate or threaten the assassination of Obama - I discussed the need of the Jewish media to push white activists into anti-Obama violence to deify the Negro savior.

The plan was to distribute 20,000 copies of this magazine before the election. They were printed, but never distributed due to my arrest. Apparently, this was dangerous enough to Obama's election chances that my arrest became mandated. An Obama campaign staffer - perhaps David Axelrod - called Patrick Fitzgerald and ordered him to arrest me at any cost.

From September 11 through October 17, 2008, I was subjected to increasingly violent provocations by the FBI. Several efforts were made to question me at my home, and when I refused to speak without a lawyer, I was aggressively followed by FBI

agents who threatened to wreck my car or run me off the road if I wouldn't speak to them. In one case, I stopped an agent - his name is in a discovery document I do not have with me - who was following me inches from my rear bumper in an old, large pickup truck. I had my daughere with me, got out of my car, stopped him, and pointed out his driving was threatening my daughter. He said he didn't care about killing babies because he knew what I was up to and if I didn't speak to him he was going to get me.

At one point, I had a parade of 17 agents crowded into six vehicles follow me home from my daughter's babysitter.

And, of course, I had no idea what was going on.

On October 10, 2008, FBI agents raided my server facility in Roanoke, Virginia. The day before, they had leaked to several violent communist groups, including the aforementioned Citizens Against Hate, that they planned to arrest me. On October 12, 2008 and October 15, 2008, MB recorded conversations I had with Phil Anderson, an ANSWP activist who, to my knowledge, never cooperated with the FBI, where I told Phil (and others) that I "did not understand" why the FBI felt I was trying to harm Hoffman - or anyone - but that I wanted him, as my Illinois State leader, to find out if there was a plot against Hoffman and stop it.

The FBI later tried to "lose" these tapes, and only after MB went on the internet bragging he had made them did the FBI, on July 8, 2009, admit their existence. Today, the government insists they have "never received" the tapes and are "unaware if they contain exculpatory evidence".

Despite having recorded me trying to stop anyone from harming Mark Hoffman, I was arrested October 17, 2008, starting a multi-month process of brutalization and torture designed to force my "confession" to this crime of which I was innocent.

THE SHOW TRIAL

From October 17, 2008 through October 23, 2008 I was locked in a tiny six by six room, under a bright light twenty-four hours a day. I was denied hygiene - like a shower or toothbrush - barely fed, and placed under a regimen of sleep deprivation, which involved Roanoke City Sheriff Deputies banging on my cell loudly every hour to prevent my sleeping. I was denied visits and phone calls, and any contact with the outside world except interrogations and court hearings. By the end, I was a near delirious mess - perfet for being drug out to a Soviet-style show trial before a kangaroo court.

Immediately on my arrest, the government issued statements to the press indicating [i] was a "serial killer" who had been stopped "just in time" before going on a killing [ra]mpage in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Of course, none of this was true. In June of [2]008, seeing federal efforts against me, I filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy to stop several [ha]rassing legal actions against me, and in October 2008, was [en]thusiastically reorganizing my business. My daughter was the center of my [cut off] and I was thinking of little but withdrawing from political activities to focus [on] my business and family.

But the government told the world I was the next David Cho, while telling [cut off] deputies guarding me I was a "domestic terrorist" whose followers might [att]ack the jail or bomb the local federal building. I was actually questioned [abo]ut these plots on October 26, 2008, by the US Marshal's Court Protective Service. And [cut off] the basis for justifying my torture was laid.

On October 19, 2008, I was brought, for the first time, before Magistrate [cut off] Michael Urbanski. At that hearing, Special Agent Thomas David Church [tes]tified I had nothing to do with several things mentioned in the complaint [cut off] the kidnapping of Elie Weisel [sic - Wiesel], the threatening of Leonard Pitts, the threat against [Joa]n Lefkow. Urbanski said he felt the government did not have probable cause].

At that point, the government demanded a continuance - which was granted - [cut off] the next day the government indicted me to take the probable cause issue

out of Urbanski's hands.

On October 22, 2008, I was drug out of my room half dead and propped into a witness box in Urbanski's kangaroo court. Papers I had no chance to read were shoved in front of me and it was demanded I confess to writing them or doing things mentioned in them with little chance for me to read what I was accused of. After several hours, the Judge ended things, but, by then, it had become embarrasingly evident that this was not a hearing but an interrogation conducted on a man who had been tortured to the point of delirium, and whose testimony was incoherent gibberish.

I was denied bond.

MY IMPRISONMENT

After my show trial, I was allowed to shower and use a telephone, but it was a small break in what would become several months of brutalizing in the maximum security wing of a federal prison.

The week after my hearing, I was transferred to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where I was placed in the AOX/death row segregation unit as a maximum security prisoner. Ten days later, I was transferred to a similar unit in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago, Illinois.

I was transferred via ConAir, a fleet of old 727s that conduct daily twelve hour flights between prisons across the country. I had never been on a plane that crash landed before ConAir - as I was being taken from Oklahoma to Chicago the radio went out and the plane was forced down for several hours for repairs. Shackled and bound hand and foot, 250 or so prisoners these lengthy [indeciph.] with little facility or care - a modern equivalent of the old Soviet cattle car.

In Oklahoma I discovered I would not be permitted to contact my wife or lawyer. Letters I tried to write were delivered sometime in early 2009.

In Chicago, I was placed in an unheated cell for five days while winter raged outside at 20 and 30 degrees below. I was issued one ragged blanket and a torn uniform, and placed in a filthy, roach-infested room with a bed, a toilet and a small desk. It quickly grew so cold I thought I would die. I shook all hours of the day and night. I was not permitted a shower or hygiene during this period.

Throughout this period, since my arrest, I was told if I did not "confess" and cooperate with the government that this way of living would be my life until these conditions took my life from me. I was extremely saddened, at this time, for my wife and my daughter, who I knew depended strongly on me. I determined to stay strong for their sakes until I would be released.

After the first five days, heat was turned on in my cell and I was permitted a shower three times a week. My attorneys were permitted to visit me, but I was not permitted to see or speak to my wife or daughter. From my attorneys I learned that the Judge selected in my case, a Negro affirmative action hire named William Hibbler [sp?], had been "fixed" - in the Chicago way - and that we would have to find a way to remove him, which would be difficult. I also learned that one of my prosecutors, William Hogan, had been previously disbarred for bribing witnesses during a major gang trial with prostitutes and cocaine, but had regained his license after six months and been rehired.

In short, I was facing the dirtiest of Chicago's dirt.

With that in mind, we marched forward.

MY SECOND INDICTMENT

By mid-December, it was clear to the government I wasn't going to break. I'd been transferred, for two days, into a cell flooded with human excrement, and I'd been denied any contact with my family for two months. I'd been told I was a "terrorist" and threatened with enhancements that would have pushed my sentencing guideline to

life. Phil Anderson, a witness we wanted to call in this case, had been threatened by an FBI agent named Maureen Mazzola, and told if he did not "plea the Fifth" and refuse to testify in my defense, he'd be either indicted or physically harmed. (Later, Mazzola would falsify a report of the conversation, claiming Anderson had admitted to assisting me in "over 150" acts of violence against federal officials and informers; this statement was exposed as a fraud.) Several individuals I had known had been called before a Grand Jury and DJ, another one of my regional directors, had been terrified into cooperating with the FBI, after being served with a search warrant for his DNA. But, despite all this, I was neither plea bargaining nor cooperating.

So, the decision was made to indict me in Roanoke.

The Grand Jury investigation had found no evidence of a crime. Despite dozens of witnesses, illegal search warrants, and the review of tens of thousands of documents, no evidene of conspiracy, solicitation, or any criminal act had been received. Faced with this, the Department of Justice decided to drag out a number of cases the FBI and various US Attorney's Offices had determined were not criminal acts and throw them at me, in hopes I'd be convicted in Chicago and forced to plea here.

There was some logic to this. If I was convicted in Chicago of "terrorism", I could have my guidelines pushed to life. But since my charge only allowed ten years, by adding seven worthless charges, I could be sentenced to the maximum on any of which I was convicted, so that would allow the Court to approach the "life" guidelines. So there was some intimidation value.

And, in mid-December, the indictment I am now held on was issued, consisting entirely of half-investigated, politically motivated cases that had been passed on as much as two years earlier, the culmination of two years and $20 million dollars by Paige Fitzgerald, a special prosecutor from the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, and her dedicated team of FBI "terrorism" investigators.

CHICAGO'S COLLAPSE

On December 29, 2008, I was released from maximum security and sent into general population. I was also allowed to call, and then see, my wife and daughter. This began a "carrot" campaign by the government to compel me to plea.

Having brutalized me for two and a half months, general population was welcome. The pre-trial floor of the MCC-Chicago were not abusive, and were the most comfortable place of imprisonment I was housed. I could see the sun again, and had a bed with springs, not a slab of metal under it. I could purchase food - rice, soups, peppers, cheese - and coffee (!) - and could cook it in a microwave. There was space outside my room and 88 prisoners on my floor - 44 double rooms - to interact with, though I generally chose not to, as more than half the facility consisted of informants.

Life in population was neither brutal nor violent, though it was stressful. The staff and half the inmates constantly tried to persuade me to confess to one's "crimes" or involve me in more. Under federal law, an inmate who assists the US Attorney's Office in convicting another inmate receives approximately 1/3rd off of his sentence. Contrary to the belief of HT, who pled after his arrest that he should be released because he was a federal informer, most federal inmates are informers, at least outside the high-level US Penitentiary facilities. Informing is written into federal law.

I was often harassed by staff, but not brutalized, from that point forward. Twice, just before my increasingly rare court appearances, I was transferred to maximum security under "investigation" for fabulous reasons. For instance, I had begun the process of enrolling back in school to finish my degree. The fact I possessed science work on environmental chemistry was used to place me back into maximum security for "bomb making materials" during the six days my dismissal hearing was held -the accusation was withdrawn two days afterwards.

Much of my mail was mysteriously refused, I was often threatened by staff members, and was, several times, arbitrarily denied "privileges", like a pillow

or clean clothes. But, the general trend of the government's efforts was to sweet talk me into the confession they'd failed to beat out of me.

In January 2009, I was approached with a plea offer of 30 months to the Chicago and Roanoke indictments - with immediate release to work for the FBI at sentencing, setting up other white activists and birthing [?] a "false-flag" "supremacist" organization under government auspices. (With 85% double credit for punitive conditions, and halfway house and home release, I would essentially be released at sentencing after serving six months, part of it double-credited, to a halfway house, from which the FBI would buy out my bed and place me on payroll). I refused.

In February, I tricked the government into disqualifying Hibbler [sp?]. After discussion with counsel, I learned I could only remove him if the government superseded me with more stuff on Hale. So, I spent two weeks on the phone with my wife doing nothing but discussing things I'd written about Lefkow, stressing how important they were as evidence. Prison security turned the tapes over to the FBI, they found the material in their files, and I was superseded February 4, 2009, in such a way that Hibbler was forced off my case.

From that point, legally, it was clear sailing. Judge Lynn Adelman - the only judge who had ever ruled in Hale's favor - was assigned to my case, and, on July 21st, 2009, my case was dismissed.

MY RETURN TO ROANOKE

After the dismissal of my case, the government asked that I be imprisoned as a "dangerous person" under an obscure federal law that allows a person acquitted of a federal crime to be imprisoned while the government appeals. This was denied July 24, 2009, and I was released and arrested on my Roanoke charges that day. The next week I was ordered transferred in custody to Virginia, and, during the next six weeks, I was slowly moved, jail to jail, across the country, through a brief "maximum

security" stint in Oklahoma, to the Roanoke City Jail.

August 28, 2009, more than a month after my "release" I arrived in Roanoke, and hearings on my release began September 2, 2009. On September 10, 2009, Magistrate Judge Urbanski, an apology in his eyes, ordered me released on bond pending dismissal of my charges, saying it was so apparent I was innocent there was no sense in detaining me. The government appealed, and on September 18, 2009, Judge Turk affirmed the decision. I went home to my wife and little girl that evening.

I returned home to a disaster. In my absence, a shady lawyer had plundered my bankruptcy estate, and my poor wife, being inexperienced in business, had been robbed blind. I spent my five days getting things in enough order, there would still be something left.

And then I was ordered back to jail.

On September 23, 2009, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals stayed my release, and on October 23, 2009, stated that "the appearance of innocence" was not sufficient cause to grant bond to "dangerous persons" under the 1985 Bond Reform Act. And so I have sat in jail, awaiting the final dismissal of my case.

Since my return to Roanoke, DJ, my regional director turned informer, was arrested, despite his assistance to the FBI, but has been released on easy terms of bond, and has since made illegal proposals to C [?}, my wife, and several other witnesses and associates.

While in Chicago, I also heard of the arrests of the Mahon brothers and HT, both of whom were held in the same brutal conditions I experienced during my earlier [scanned paper is folded over too much of the remainder of this letter to read]

[indeciph.] was not criminal; FBI Agent David Church testified I had nothing to do with threatening Leonard Pitts. Similar things are there for every count I'm charged with - I'm not at liberty to discuss them all.

I also know that MB, the informer, made and bragged on the internet about making, numerous phone calls imitating me and threatening various people. I'm indicted for at least one of these phone calls.

But, really, I'm now just in a waiting game. The government indicated Wednesday that they were not ready for trial, did not have their witnesses in order, and asked I be detained into next year while they tried to prepare. This request was refused, and with that request, their case has all but died.

So I wait until my next hearing, December 2nd, and pray for my release.

CONCLUSIONS AND LESSONS LEARNED

This has been only an outline of the dirty tricks I have faced during a three year campaign by the FBI and both political parties to frame me for a variety of crimes I did not commit, and to force me, against my will, into being another "white supremacist" "domestic terrorist".

What it reveals is the essential falsehood of modern notions of "white supremacy" and the means by which "domestic terrorism" has become a boogeyman - and a straw boogeyman - largely manufactured by the government to frighten the population into acceptance of our failing system.

I have never engaged in, encouraged, or participated in criminal acts of violence, or any criminal acts. I have, at times, engaged in philosophical reflection on violent acts that is outside the spectrum of belief permitted by modern democratic society. In response and retaliation for that, the proponents of modern democratic humanism attempted to frame me as a criminal, and, when I refused to become one, arrested me, slandered me, tortured me, and attempted

to brutalize me into "confessing" to crimes that never existed, except in their imagination.

In many ways, this is the "Goldsteinism" of George Orwell's 1984, and reveals to the extent our nation has become Sovietized, both under the black communist regime currently occupying Washington, and the neo-"conservative"/neo-Trotskyist administration of George W. Bush.

The tactics that were approved for use against foreign "terrorists", Arabs, Turks, and other South/Central Asian peoples fighting in defense of their countries against US and Zionist wars of aggression, are now being used to brutalize American citizens who have expressed a peaceful, if strong and confrontational, opposition to the collapse of America into Jewish Bolshevism.

So let my story be a warning to those who question the poverty, hunger, war and misery the modern political parties and the Judeo-"capitalist" system are bringing on our people. If you speak out effectively against this system, you will be arrested, you will be tortured, and every effort will be made to compel you to "confess", Soviet-style, to various crimes against the people.

And if it happens to the peaceful speaker, what more can be done to the man of action?

Stories of hope, joy - and fear - abound

An unseasonably warm Friday night brings Sheppard Square to life.

Young men crowd a street corner near a barber shop. Music drifts from a 1970s Impala parked at a makeshift, bucket-and-rag car wash. Women trade stories on the concrete stoops of the barracks-style housing project, watching children play near rusty grills and plastic furniture, not far from yellow police tape marking the scene of a recent shooting.

A half-block away, Tanika Pitts stands in her cramped, concrete-walled apartment, cooking chicken for her eight children, ages 1 to 14, in a place that has served as both life raft and stigma — a place that she hopes won't be home forever.

“I really want to get out of this place,” said Pitts, 31, who lives in a section of Sheppard Square that residents call “The Wire,” a reference to a cable TV series about housing project drug gangs. “I do worry where I'll go.”

Built as segregated housing in World War II and named after a 19th-century black explorer, Sheppard Square is to become the next Louisville public-housing project to face the bulldozers.

It's scheduled to be replaced by 2015 with a mixed-income housing neighborhood, much as Park DuValle replaced the Cotter/Lang housing complex and Liberty Green supplanted Clarksdale.

In some ways, it's the sunset of an era, as Louisville joins the growing number of cities tearing down barracks-style housing that has become a divisive symbol of the urban underclass.

Yet while poverty, drugs and broken families are deeply woven into Sheppard Square's daily tableau, the view inside the homes there depends into which window you peer through. It's also a place of community, family history and second chances.

Outdated, isolated and perceived as dangerous to some of the downtown commuters who drive down Broadway each morning, it is an irreplaceable backstop against bad luck or bad choices for others.

Spend any time among the cops, preachers, workers and single mothers who live and work among the four-by two-block complex of identical, numbered apartment blocks, and it's clear that this is a place that some hate, some love — and many fear losing.

Zaneta Ballenger, 25, walked down a cracked sidewalk, listening to headphones as she passed a wall with gang graffiti and a park where boys in white undershirts played basketball.

She climbed the creaky stairs of the Presbyterian day care, an aging, segregation-era public library branch offering subsidized care.

She grabbed her 3-year-old daughter, Zania, one of her three children, before walking back to her apartment with its linoleum floors, concrete-block walls and three tiny rooms strewn with clothing.

It's a daily ritual for Ballenger in the 327-unit complex that's no longer institutionally segregated — but where most residents are young, black single mothers and unemployment rates top 80 percent, according to housing authority statistics. Because niggers don't want to work.

Ballenger, in tattoos and braided hair, said she grew up with a mother troubled by drugs and alcohol, bouncing in and out of foster homes. There was the abusive older lady; the Jehovah's Witnesses; and the ones with a nice home who made her live in a ratty basement. “I ran away a lot,” she said.

Pregnant in the 11th grade, she dropped out of Shawnee High and had first child, Michael, at age 18. Unemployed, she was granted a place at Sheppard Square.

She had two more children as she worked in low-paying and often temporary jobs, so she stayed, despite problems with roaches, mold and hot summers without air conditioning. Such a sad little tale of a young Nigger whore.

Now she's caring for all three children with the help of food stamps. I think what they really mean is, it's with the help of Whitey's stolen tax money. She's taking GED classes and hopes to become a nursing assistant. But she has no car and says it's hard to make plans because she's caring for her children alone. The father of her latest child is still in jail for “pulling guns and stuff,” she said.

She said she knows Sheppard Square is not the best environment for her children, partly because drugs are “how a lot of people make their living. … My oldest knows all about guns and drugs now, I hate it.”

Ha'aretz says U.S. officials face 'pro-Israel' background check

There is an amazing story in Ha'aretz today on the "pro-Israel" litmus test that determines who is permitted to serve in the United States government. Here's the sort of lede you're not likely to read in the New York Times or Washington Post:

Every appointee to the American government must endure a thorough background check by the American Jewish community.

In the case of Obama's government in particular, every criticism against Israel made by a potential government appointee has become a catalyst for debate about whether appointing "another leftist" offers proof that Obama does not truly support Israel."

The story goes on to rehearse what happened to Chas Freeman (whose appointment was derailed by the Israel lobby because he voiced a few mild criticisms of Israel's behavior) and reports that similar complaints are now being raised against the appointment of former Senator Chuck Hagel. Even more bizarrely, the Zionist Organization of America and other rightwing Jewish groups are complaining about the appointment of Hannah Rosenthal to direct the Office to Combat and Monitor Anti-Semitism. Why? Apparently she's been involved with J Street and other "leftwing" organizations that ZOA et al deem insufficiently ardent in their support for the Jewish state, and has suggested that progressive forces need to be more vocal in advancing the peace process.

One has to feel a certain sympathy for Ms. Rosenthal, who is forced to defend her own appointment by telling an interviewer:

I love Israel. I have lived in Israel. I go back and visit every chance I can. I consider it part of my heart. And because I love it so much, I want to see it safe and secure and free and democratic and living safely."

These are fine sentiments, but isn't it odd that she has to defend her qualifications for a position in the U.S. government by saying how much she "loves" a foreign country? For an American official in her position, what matters is that she loves America, and that she believes anti-semitism is a hateful philosophy that should be opposed vigorously. Whether she loves Israel or France or Thailand or Namibia, etc., is irrelevant. (And yes, it's entirely possible to loathe anti-Semitism and not love Israel).

But the real lesson of all these episodes is the effect of this litmus test on the foreign policy community more broadly. Groups in the lobby target public servants like Freeman, Hagel, and Rosenthal because they want to make sure that no one with even a mildly independent view on Middle East affairs gets appointed. By making an example of them, they seek to discourage independent-minded people from expressing their views openly, lest doing so derail their own career prospects later on. And it works. Even if the lobby doesn't manage to block every single appointment, they can make any administration think twice about a potentially "controversial" choice and use the threat to stifle open discourse among virtually all members of the mainstream foreign policy community (and certainly anyone who aspires to public service in Washington).

The result, of course, is the U.S. Middle East policy (and U.S. foreign policy more generally) is reserved for those who are either steadfastly devoted to the "special relationship" or who have been intimidated into silence. The result? U.S. policy remains in the hands of the same set of "experts" whose policies for the past seventeen years (or more) have been a steady recipe for failure. If a few more Americans read Ha'aretz, they might start to figure this out.
